this is one of the worst posts iv'e EVER seen. Lopez was taking a beating and the stoppage was the correct thing to do . Juanma would just take a couple more big shots and it would not be seen as a bad stoppage at all.Quote:

What a fight by Salido ! I knew he was a good fighter and serious opponent, and I hoped he could win, but Lopez was def the favorite.
Salido intelligently pressured Lopez, kept his chin tucked very well, and let his hands go in close. Put in some good body shots too.
Huge upset ! Good for Salido I hope he gets to fight Marquez now.
Lopez was goin thru a divorce and fighting in his hometown so he def had some distractions. He'll be back I'm sure. Needs to work on not lettn guys get inside on him so easily and keep his chin tucked more and hands up.
too bad there wont be a Gamboa - Lopez. Gambo vs Salido doesnt seem too exciting. Lets see how Chris John does today, altuogh he is very overated
