Why don't they solve all pacquiao mayweather thing with a 1 week delayable fight date?
Rules:
1)at most 3 random tests
2)mayweather team decides when to apply them
3)1 week cutoff date
4)mayweather team can test pac in that week but if so THE FIGHT IS DELAYED 1 week.
5)mayweather team can opt for no testing pacquiao inside that "cutoff" date, if so, the fight ISN'T delayed
6)pac is clean, may got his random test, pac isn't week, everyone wins this way!
7)got a reluctant pac? Change that 7 day cutoff for a 2 weeks
Got a reluctant may? do Also bloodtest after the fight!

i mean, Random test, with a cutoff date of 1 week, mayweather might opt to test or to not test inside that cutoff week, pacquiao won't know, if he will be tested or not, but if they opt for test, the fight is delayed for 1 week, or 2. Else it wont be delayed

this is simple, random testing with a cutoff date, but they can test them even inside cutoff date, but if so, the fight is delayed for 1 or 2 weeks. Mayweather could even simply choose not test pacquiao in that cutoff date and pacquiao would never never test positive, knowing that it's possible that they test him in that so called cutoff date

That would be the most appropriate course to take. Boxers these days have no regard for the classic dance offs of the past. Just dance, FFS!

the advantages will be that pacquiao will never be weak with this method, and he will be clean, and on top of that this way will detect cheaters, and cowards at the same time (if mayweather doesn't test pac inside the cutoff date he isn't a coward), also it can at the same time prove who are cowards and who are clean fighters, true intentions, and on top of that way the best boxer wins, his legacy improves tons of places in the all time list, etc etc, and if both are clean and both aren't weak, the best one gives a beating to his enemy in the fight, or well, at least maybe another more close boring result like a draw hahaha...

I've got a simpler solution than that.
It's called a random blood test. It's fair, it effects both fighters in exactly the same way and if an athlete is clean he/she will have no problem doing them. And no cut off dates.

If a dance off isn't going to work, then that is clearly the next best thing.

it might be simpler, but are you completely sure that it isn't true that everyone reacts differently to a blood test? Besides these people at present are like 90% on favor of what pacquiao says, i don't understand any other arguments besides this one, i asked 2 doctors and 1 tof them said that it depends on the cutoff days and suggested 4 or 5, and the other doctor said that there weren't days of cutoff needed, i declare myself that i don't know. For me any player that rejected a test was more wrong than a cheater until i knew this argument, this is the whole point, proofs of these points instead of just opinions. I know that in the future the truth will be revealed if it hasn't yet

besides note that the method is random too, he can test him in any time until the fight date, do you imagine that he is found guilty? He might even dely the fight 3 consecutive weeks and test him if he wants, with this method, i guess the purpose is to test him, isn't it? Or do you think he will wait for the final week to cheat and he will be sure that mayweather will test him exactly at these times so that he could cheat in the final true cutoff date? If that's the argument then also the so called simple version of the random bloodtest is cheatable also because they can test him just 3 random times (i guess), i only see different degrees of randomness here
