Protected Fighters from a certain Country....Good Luck Macklin...Do use proud FELLA

I think the biggest culprits that overprotect fighters with dodgy decisions must be Germany, notorius for bad home decisions for their overprotected fighters like Sven Ottke & Felix Sturm....Sturm will again get a dodgy home decision against are boy Macklin....fair play to Macklin for having the guts to go over there and show the world he has got what it takes to win away even though he will get a dubious decision loss

So I am giving Germans or Sturm supports notice about this and say "SHAME ON YOU"........what a shame you have to CHEAT against our boy once again......UTTER UTTER SHAME!!!!

Really want Macklin to win he is a fit and aggressive fighter and hope he get the decision over in Germany. Strum is in a comfort zone which he needs to get out from and hopefully losing his title will do that. Macklin has to force the action in order to win.

We see Germany learned pretty well from good ol US of A. :lickish:

I'm rooting for Macklin big time because I want to see unification in the middleweight division and I don't think it happens with Sturm as a titleholder. But, does Macklin have a real chance? Will he do any better than Ronald Hearns did?

I do too. I want the Sturm era to end as soon as possible or we'll have another 5 years of the middleweight champion fighting nobody's in Germany. I see Pirog going the same route, which is a shame. It's well known that in germany you have to KO the hometown fighter just to get a draw.

if it helps on the whole, englishmen are much cooler than americans

with that in mind are you more comfortable with your nationality now?

Ottke vs Reid was the worst reffing i have ever seen, i honestly will never forget it.

We see dodgy decisions everywhere it just happens a lot more in Germany and in big fights.

The Dallas v Page fight the other week was pretty shoddy just got brushed under the carpet as it wasn't a 'big' fight. Dallas got levelled against Price not long after though.
