Would be great to ask Barker about fighting Martinez and if he thinks he will ever fight Macklin. Barker is a great and underrated boxer who I have always enjoyed watching. Scott Quigg would be interesting at this stage of his career as would Ricky Hatton from the opposite perspective. Marquez would be fantastic as would most of your list.
