Eric Crumble - What a record!
Just browsing boxrec and came across the brilliantly appropriately named Eric Crumble.
Record 31 fights, 31 defeats, 31 by knockout.
Eric Crumble : Boxer
He certainly did Crumble.
Is there anyone with a worse record than that?
*Edit - He never made it past round 2.

Poor guy! Apparently he retired in 2003. Too bad he didn't start out a decade later.... as that would've put him in JCC Jr.'s radar screen. Would've been a chance to make a few bucks for his troubles.
;)

I got to stand up for Buckley. He got to the end more often than not, knew how to box a bit and fought a ridiculous amount of big names on their way up, plus he won a few.
Crumble lost every single fight by knockout! Classic.

Buckley was a respected journeyman and probably come out things with a decent amount of cash. Was he one of nobby nobbs lads?
Re: Eric Crumble - What a record!
Man. He has that sole NC to hang onto and tell the guys at the bar about ;D
Just realized what powder puffs Antwon echols was padding his record with early.

Yeah I actually liked Buckley and remember him on Leno or some other late night show. Real nice guy.
I remember posting about Crumble about a year ago and admit to chuckling a bit over his last name.

He was.
Also one year he was the third highest earning British boxer behind Calzaghe and Hatton. Obviously from a million fights.

These guys should be respected, they never earned half the money Audley did but still got battered for the love of the game.

He's like a backwards Edwin Valero....in every possible way.

Yeah of course. I respect them but someone called Crumble that was knocked out in all 31 fights has to raise a bit of a smile.
