Reverse result in rematch after KO
theres been a thread recently mentioning Bute avoiding the froch rematch
i think so soon after such a massive defeat its probably wise
has there been any examples where a fighter has been cleaned out by another and then had another fight with him and won (probably several)?
but has a result been reversed after a KO when the rematch was soon after the first?
and has a result been reversed after a KO when the rematch was both fighters next fight?

Lewis-McCall also.
Although technically McCall broke down crying (there's no crying in boxing!) and Mills Lane had no choice but to stop the fight.
Weird.
Re: Reverse result in rematch after KO

I thought of this but didn't think it was a great comeback as neither seemed dominant over the other.
Re: Reverse result in rematch after KO
Terry Norris beat Simon Brown after being KOed brutally by him although it was on points.

Well... Mills Lane actually stopped the fight because McCall refused to continue fighting and/or defending himself. The crying was an additional weirdness element to the fight.

LMAO..... that would be, hands down, the ultimate weirdest moment in boxing for sure.
