When your favorite fighter retires, whose bandwagon will you hop on?
Marquez has been my favorite fighter since Chico Corrales passed away but now that his time is coming to an end, Im scouting a new soilder..
I think of the world of Jorge Linares but he's not sturdy enough to carry the throne..
Maybe Kazuto Ioka or Naoya Inoue? I think it's going to be awhile before I find that perfect fighter...
What about you?

In answer to the question, once floyd retires its danny garcia for me and mr groves representing the good ol uk!..
I like ward but i cant watch the whole of his fights due to boredom and depression.

You're looking way to much into it
Re: When your favorite fighter retires, whose bandwagon will you hop on?
I;m generally a fan of fighters that don't get the respect that they deserve example : Wlad , Rigo , Golovkin was a great fighter also as an amateur and many seem to disregard that,
Right now my favorite fighters are Cotto and Szpilka,
Re: When your favorite fighter retires, whose bandwagon will you hop on?
I usually have a lot of favorite fighters so its no big deal.
It's always really fun to get on the bandwagon of the young up and coming guys and see where they go. Sometimes they go on to great things, sometimes they don't.
Re: When your favorite fighter retires, whose bandwagon will you hop on?
My old favorites were Zab, Dawson, and Andre Dirrell. 2 of these three are just done.
Floyd has been a favorite of mine for a while. My new favorite is Danny Garcia.

Still okay though VD?
Either way?
Best left for the rap videos and movies dont you think?
Can i say paki, kite and whop as well?
But dont take it too heart as im jewish and indian and my wife is mexican so dont look into it that much fella.
Face palm!!
Lol
Rap videos and movies only? lol You are definitely not from America ic.. first of all, nigger and nigga have a different meaning.. That's how it is in LA and in other parts of US..
Nigga and mate are the same shit.. It's about how you use it..
I have a few black friends that go way back and i call them nigga all the time but I get a pass because we really really know each other.. Then again, im not going to walk up to a random black dude and call him a nigga cuz I dont know him like that..
Anyway, St Groves is definitely a good candidate..

Looks like I'll never have to think about it. Holyfield will put a jacket and credentials on a tank of oxygen and try tp pass it off as a cornerman before he retires ;D
I don't think people just jump on a wagon overnight, fighters fade away and you warm to others.

Ive been warm to garcia and bradley for awhile and i like and still do respect frochs warrior spirit but i love groves confidence and the potential that he might have..
I'm with ya there. I saw Garcia as feasting easy on a shot Morales and struggling with Zab. I found respect in what he showed with Mattysse. His focus and he looked complete. Still have questions given a case by case in future, but that's boxing. Froch is a warrior, plain and simple. Oddly I've gone the opposite direction with Bradley?! Mad respect early in career but have waned now. Weird world this boxing.
