What is your favorite type of fight?
My favorite is when the frontrunner is beating his opponent from pillar to post but then, ever-so-gradually, he begins to gas and allows the sure loser to become an unlikely winner (Delvin Rodríguez vs. Jesse Feliciano in 2007 was a perfect example).
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
!Big John Tate getting knocked out in roumd fifteen after shutting out Mke Weaver up until the last thirty seconds of round fifteen. He lost the WBA heavyweight title.
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
I like it when the more experienced fighter is the underdog to a youngster, and then wins.
Salido v Lomachenko
But my favorite fight like this is Mark Melligan vs Sebastian Lujan.
Lujan is one of my fav fighters and a joy to watch.

Is Lujan still fighting?
He is dogmatic and a whirlwind.
He is still ticking over, he fought Chris heerden in 2012 for an IBO title but since the Mark Melligan fight he's 4-3.
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
Another I fancy is the predicted mismatch that turns out to be an upset and when it involves a supposedly “shot” fighter who apparently is due for a visit to the slaughterhouse, all the better.
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
John Molina ko'ing Mickey Bey was a recent favorite. The underdog scenario roaring back to suddenly bring the ceiling down on the heavily groomed local favorite, his promoter sitting front row with the :-X face
Evgeny Gradovich beating Dib was another. I love when obscure guys or little known guys, late replacements come over and do a number on a favorite.
I'll watch anything really.
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
I like a good back and forth fight where there are a lot of punches landed and a lot of blood, and then a brutal KO to cap it off.
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
I guess every fighter could get criticized for doing it even with the best of reasons like Lewis who cleared up the old champs and beat the young undefeated ones and still get accused of ducking Vitlali after beating him.
Ottke was the biggest ducker, fighting in his country, never going to lose on the judges card, referee on his side and the opponent needing a knock out to get a draw.

Tyson v Holyfield 1 is another example.
Re: What is your favorite type of fight?
I love fights where a guy that everyone assumes they have pegged, somehow overhauls his style of the length of a training camp and leaves everyone in shock.
Examples:
- Barreras Performance against hamed. Everyone thought he would come out to brawl and get flattened and he comes in a pitches a shut out and takes a deduction to add insult to injury.
- Marquez in the last Fight with pac. Training to put on the bulk and land the miracle shot and reaping the benefits.
- Mayorga beating Forrest the second time by Majority Decision.(Vernon being snake bitten may have helped)
