Kell Brook- a testament to endurance and concentration!
The intangibles. That is what Kell Brook has over any Welterweight or Jr. Welterweight. Endurance and concentration.
You can't measure someone's endurance over a fight, during training or even during their walk around life. But everytime we see Brook out he looks as fresh as he did in the first round as he does in the last.
Also, what has to be said about Brook is his concentration. He really and truly beat Shawn Porter on having keen concentration from start to finish and didn't let anything during the Porter fight fluster him.
This is the edge Brook has over any Welter or Jr. Welter- not speed, not power, not accuracy as much, and not significantly great boxing skills, which he does have a great deal of the latter more so than most of the guys in the top ten of the Welters. But, it is that concentration and endurance that only comes from training and being prepared- prepared to go 12 rounds if need be, the awareness to stay out of trouble if it goes to twelve rounds, the concentration and understanding to know when to take a chance and when not to.
Brook's calling card- endurance and concentration. You fighters not gifted with aggression or physical attributes can learn from that.
Good news about Brook vs. Dan:
It could have been like Garcia vs. Salka, but it wasn't like the actual fight with Herrera vs. Garcia where we were shocked at how good Herrera was.
With that being said, Brook can find stiffer opposition. His first title defence, and of course he is coming off of that stabbing injury, so we can give him an off fight all things considered. But, he could find stiffer opposition from Jr. Welter to Jr. Middle, if he wants....

Brook is a quality fighter. He has balance, technique and power. Brooks is a big and strong welterweight which is why he is champion and too bug a risk for Khan.

Khan's last fight was against a Porter victim.
If you're judging Brook on the belief that Porter is rubbish, then Khan needs to prove himself before he deserves a shot at Brook.

Porter would have walked through Khan easy, he would have been to strong and rough simple,
Brook had a bad night against Jones, in the rematch he beat up Jones Khan does make stupid
comments, he is not a Champion yes he out boxed Devon but the Champ is Brook
Brook is a big welter strong fast, a good puncher plus he's a Ingle fighter and a good Ingle fighter
is hard to beat.
Khan for all his boxing ability has a very poor chin,! if they meet Brook will catch Khan and that will
be goodnight.;)

Khan v Brooks is a very compelling and interesting fight because you can make a case for both winning.

You really do not rate Brooks enough and are over valuing Khan.
Khan has done his best work at light welterweight. At welterweight Brooks is equal if not better placed than Khan.

What are Khan's best wins - Maidana? Malignaggi? Diaz? Alexander?
Porter annihilated Paulie, battered Alexander and beat Diaz. Alexander beat Maidana easy.
So again - If Brook gets no credit for the Porter win then Khan can't get any credit for these wins. If Porter is shit these lot must be even shitter. No two ways about it.
