Mean cruelty.
This coming from a "highly religious" man who "really supported his people".
I guess berating poor Joe for years like this was "supporting" his people.
Disgusting show of willful and persistent cruelty to a decent, humble ATG Joe Frazier.
Karma is a bitch, huh?
Once a 'Scum Bag', always a 'Scum Bag'.

The young Ali would be one of the first people I would love to talk over a dinner table with. Ali was vibrant and entertaining.

He was quite understandable, actually. He had many good sides to him, was an excellent artist, illustrator, historian, and a valiant soldier in WWI. I'm sure your dinner conversation would be understandable. Let's not exaggerate.

As was Mother Teresa and Charles Manson. Maybe Theresa wasn't as 'vibrant' as the others but an interesting character in her own right. Ali is not comparable to either nor the man you mentioned. I don't post here often but your hate confuses me as much as the guy that posts on the other section regarding Scrap. I can't wrap my head around it but continue to read your's and his posts so I guess that may be the point after all. Ali got me into boxing. I have a large collection of DVD's, books, etc. But after reading Fraziers biography I have a new perspective and get the bad side as we all have. I just don't get your obsession. It confuses me unless he has hurt you personally in some way. On a totally separate topic, my dog has this thing where he hates black people. Gentle golden retriever who loves everyone. Except my friends of colour. I raised him since a pup and know he was not abused so I can only assume it has something to do with his less sophisticated brain. I really don't know.

As a fighter I believe that Ali in his first reign as Champion had all the tools and then he got religion if you call it that. I am one of these people that thinks a priest standing in front of my platoon blessing them to go out and win a war is a hypocrite. No one wants to die and no one truly knows why we kill other people and live to have our conscience beat us like a cruel master beats a dog. It is as far as I am concerned a learned behavior when men throughout history perpetuate the destruction of others. I truly thought that the Thriller in Manila should have been called The Humbling of a so called great. Ali thought that was the closest he ever came to death. Joe Frazier was not an educated man but a humble man who rose from poverty to become what others could not believe he became and to undermine his humanity and call him a gorilla had the racists of he world in stitches when Ali did their job for them and it became two for one and the media delighted in this black humor. "One cannot truly hate someone they never loved" But Joe gave Ali help and the warmth of his friendship during the darkest period of his life with generosity of money and friendship only to perpetuate racist type name calling like gorilla and taunting a good man although he was not socially educated was like kicking a horse that could go no further. In closing, never trust politicians or someone hurting others wearing a mask of one who is God fearing during the day and hurting his brother when the sun comes down, paraphrasing the most enlightened man ever to walk the earth.

I know Joe never forgave Ali for the hurtful things he said to him and the impact it had on his family which probably hurt the most. No one could because he had to live through it. I do not think Ali meant it to go that far either and it was just bravado from Ali.

And, the 'Left-Wing' Media
When the 'Scum Bag' Muhammad Ali made this statement, and gestured to punch out a Gorilla Toy.
They all 'Fucking' laughed.
Not one, a single one, had the 'balls' to call out Muhammad Ali.
The 'hypocrite' Mother Fuckers.
Even Howard Cosell licked Ali's ass-hole.
Oh Muhammad > "Please Shit In My Mouth".
