Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
When I first heard of this fight my immediate reaction was,
"Floyd is gonna destroy Zab!"
Then I started to analyze each fighter more in-depth.
After taking all things in consideration, I still came to the conclusion that Floyd will beat Zab. Although maybe not as badly as I initially thought.
Now we're less than a week away from the fight and I tell ya... each passing day the fight is seeming like a closer fight every minute.
I still believe Floyd will will stop Zab, but it's looking closer and closer...
I've seen a number of people here on this board and elsewhere change their prediction since their initial prediction.
Have you changed yours? How come?

when the fight was announced it was always a factor of which zab judah would turn up in my eyes. i still think floyds gonna win this one. my original thought was late on and i still stick with that. ive had that feeling since day 1. the only thing that partially changed my mind was zabs loss in january which made me favour floyd more due to his consistency and current red hot form

cc for the reply and sticking loyal to your first prediction.
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
I still choose Zab, only because Mayweather will be surprise. Just one look at Floyd's competition lately, gives him false confidence. Floyd has all the talent to beat Judah. The big thing going for Pretty Boy is his devotion to his training. That can save him from being surprised, which he will be when he enters the ring. Floyd will come in, thinking he's superman, when he realizes he's in with a southpaw, with speed and power. Zab is one notch ahead of Chop Chop, and Corely was able to land a good on on Floyd, Sharmba was also. Both southpaws. Also, did anybody else notice but me, that Floyd didn't clown or talk to Jim Lampley while he was fighting Sharmba? Even when Jim called him out to talk, Mayweather was too busy concentrating on southpaw Mitchell. And Mitchell is only peices of what he used to be.
It's called hype. 8) I expect many, including me to change predictions as the fight comes near.

cheers have one back.even when im wrong i like to stick with my first prediction. its always a gut feeling though. i think u can over analyze some fights. current form is a no brainer. mayweather... judahs good and will put up a good show but mayweathers approaching greatness and is on a roll.
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
*Who ever the winner is he she will run from Margarito.
*fact ;)
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
Floyd's last competition is only as good as they made PBF look. I don't know anymore depends on how it goes down. I originally thought Zab but after Baldomir I thought PBF and now closer to the fight I think Zab
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
No. Floyd wins. I agree with Gyrokai about Zab being a southpaw, and landing shots. What I've noticed about Floyd is that he does trash-talk, and you would think he would come in over-confident. Everyone has been waiting for that. But, just as Zab steps up for the "big fights", noone steps up like Floyd. I just hope that stays true. It's almost like he's two different people sometimes. We'll see this weekend. And like cut-me-mick said about Margarito, I really hope the winner gives him a shot, regardless of who it is{it will be Floyd}.
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
I changed my mind today, I just have a gut instinct that Zab is going to surprise and although I am not a big fan of the guy, he is a big leap up from Floyd's kast few competitor's. I know that is not saying much but I just think we are in for a shock. However,I also predicted Morales would beat Pac,B-Hop would JT twice,Tito would beat Winky,um and every other predicition wrong although I did say Brewster would lose and that was a gut instinct too!
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
i changed

Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
I still like Floyd, but I think it will be a close fight as long as Zab doesnt get his dance button touched. I think that if Floyd can at least hurt Zab early it will make rest of the fight easier for PBF. Because Zab is not going to want to continuously take chances of getting KOed. But I feel that Zab has the talent to make this Floyd's toughest fight so far. If Zab does not get (T)KOed then it will be a close UD for Floyd.
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
im sticking with my guns....a closer fight than i initially expected after review and evaluation.....but pretty boy beats zab....
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
Pretty Boy Floyd will win this one I say. He is a well rounded boxer.
Re: Floyd-Zab... Has your prediction changed?
CutMeMick, I think I am more excited about hearing th winner's speech than the actual fight! Any idea if Tony is going to be in the crowd? If I was him, I would get in the ring after the fight, call the winner out to his face!! I will seriously be peeved if they duck Margarito, I mean the date and even some venues have been set and to Margarito it does not make a difference if it is Zab or Floyd!
