Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Pretty good triple header on Showtime this Saturday. Future HOF'er and all around great Nonito Donaire 42-7 climbs right back in now at 41 years old vying for the 118 wbc title vs respectable 27-3-5 Alejandro Santiago. Donaire's last fight ended via destruction at the hands of Naoya Inoue and left huge questions about his future. Opting hot to hang them up and instead fighting on, he'll need all he has to get over Santiago. Young or old Donaire always makes for excitement.
Frank Martin continues his climb at 135 and is simply one of the hottest young talents going right now. He'll fight 12-0 Artem Harutyunyan out of Germany
Elvis Rodriquez takes a decent step with been there and done that former 140 champ Viktor Postol 31-4. Long lay off for Postol of a year and a half though last two defeats were hardly blow outs. Stoppage to Russell was pretty iffy.
Re: Nonito Donaire vs Alexandro Santiago & Martin vs Harutyunyan July 15th
I'm looking forward to all 3 fights
Santiago could be a banana skin for Donaire
I'm picking Postol to pull the upset
Martin is one of my current favourites
His class will shine through again in this fight

Have a feeling you may be right on Santiago. Martin is definitely 'must see tv'. Great poise and ring awareness and any top contender logging 3 fights within 12 months today should be an example followed. Martin is going to be something special!
Re: Nonito Donaire vs Alexandro Santiago & Martin vs Harutyunyan July 15th
the nonito fight has been moved to the errol v terence undercard. it's a bigger tage for the fight but removes the biggest fight of this weekend
Re: Nonito Donaire vs Alexandro Santiago & Martin vs Harutyunyan July 15th
Yeh just saw they switched it up. Little crappy on short notice but hopefully the 2 week delay won't affect either guy. Nonito is one of the last men standing of another era, ppv slot to a super-fight does him justice. Rodriquez v Postol may be the sleeper of the night.

Good all access ep. First time I've heard Spence mention he thought he lost his teeth with Ugas and odd reaction. Actually makes some sense.
Is Artem being slept on a little bit here? Didn't realize his amateur background. Freudis Rojas Jr vs Diego Sanchez at 147 up first. This might possibly be a brief one.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Good pressure work by Sanchez but Rojas fighting lean and long. Placing shots nicely over 2.
Leo Santa Cruz ringside. Talk about a guy who just vanished.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Southpaw Rojas snaking in a nice left upper hook with regularity. Sanchez driving hard but turning into a catchers mitt and a step behind.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
All Rojas over 4. Solid footwork from him too. Fluid.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Sanchez needs him to stand stock still. Gets in a couple short straight right hands but repeatedly paying a price chugging forward. Nice slicing combo from Rojas last minute. Sanchez again with a short right but no impact. 6-zip Rojas
Corner of Sanchez threating to stop it.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Corner stops it into first minute of 7th. Tough enough guy but it was only getting deeper and worse being tagged clean all night. Rojas pretty poised and all business.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Postol v Rodriquez. Being honest, WAR Postol ;D. You cannot erase years though. Should be good.
Re: Frank Martin vs Artem Harutyunyan-Rodriquez v Postol June 15th
Postol looking real lean here and Rodriquez looks loose and charged up.
