Peter has showed us that he has big big stamina problems, so why on earth does he continue to gain weight?
He is a pro fighter and has the whole day to work-out, so what is the problem? Poor attitude?
256½ pounds is a career height and simply too much for a guy at 6’2 even he is built like a tank.
I guess it is the style of life, which makes Peter a fat ineffective boxer.
It must be because of his community – (if any stupid poster claim that I am a racist, I will show all the reports!) – In the black community more than 90% of the women are considered so fat that it is a health risk, why?
Because he's an endomorph. There's a ton of muscle underneath that fat. It's not like he's walking around like James Toney did for his last fight.

Anyway, yeah...he needs to shift alot of weight...he's just too heavy, sure it'll give him an edge in power and the ability to take a punch but if you don't have the agility to even get near your opponent then its pretty useless.

Sam Peter is from west Africa. We don't call our West African women fat, we call them "Thick Madames". They are genetically disposed to voluptousness and in addition, they have a diet rich in carhobydrates. Just went through a bunch of pics (including his last fight) of Sam Peter. The dude is like a bull. I'm not seeing this whole fat thing. He's thick, but I'm not seeing the blubber at all. Now, James toney is fat. When you got a jiggle factor you're fat. Sam Peter = not fat.
I am of the opinion that toney would have dominated Rahman if he came in the fight in decent shape... argh. still upset about that one.
Sam Peter is as big as he is and having the stamina problems because he either doesn't do enough roadwork or isnt being forced to do doing enough roadwork. Most likely because they are afraid of it being detrimental to his power which is pretty much the only thing he has going for him.
His genetic make up could have something to do with his retention of undesired babyfat... but if he was doing his cardio and roadwork, his stamina wouldn't be problem and his punch output would be higher. The probably have him on a high protein diet. A High protein diet has the potential to build a lot of muscle and burn fat. If you do 1 hr of cardio, you'll burn fat for that 1 hr. If you weight train for 1 hr. ... the muscle you build burns fat for up to the next 36 hours. Unfortunately it doesnt have the benefits of cardio for your heart and stamina.
Sam probably ingests a lot of protein which, if he does muscle building/strength training will eventually burn some fat. But Hes also probably ingesting alot of carbs for energy, much of which is probably isnt being burned if he has doesnt do much roadwork, rope skipping and speed bad training or any other aerobic cardio type activities.
Sam Peter is married to a black woman. Enough said. When his woman cooks, the food controls him, since its ass kickinig tasty. Soul Food, Soul Food.
I never thought of him as fight. He just looks like a big guy. When I think of "fat" you got to go with Fat Toney. When you got the blubber going then you are FAT.
