I got myself a trainer and I'm gaining weight. He put me on a 3,000-3,500 cal diet. I'm now training in MMA and have me a match coming up here on the 27 then an other one on the 14th of June.

His name is Robert Couture.. Randy Couture from the UFC brother. I didn't need a tape I went and trained with them one day and he liked what he saw so he said If I wanted to join their team I was more than welcome.

Charles Karron & Jared Bennet is a couple ppl he trained. Charles Karron is the Middle weight Champion in the AFC right now. He is like I think 37 or some thing. He trains with his brother Randy Couture and his camp down in the lower 48 states. I'm not exacly sure what his colour is.Quote:
