i dont think any of those guys have been ducking anybody...
lennox beat vitali
PBF should be allowed more time before we say he is ducking anybody
who is calzaghe ducking exactly?? i dont quite follow there....admittedly its been tough finding an opponent, i would say its more a case of others avoiding calzaghe....
Roy Jones ducked Eubank, Collins and Benn back in the day
He rarely left his comfort zone...
???
All 3 are kinda silly cos there are reasons.
I'd agree with that, each have their reasons so far, although obviously on the other hand,it COULD be argued that Lewis wanted no more of Vitali a second time around and obviously if Floyd does not fight Margarito at some point, there will be question marks.Quote:

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Judah v Spinks III, he has no where to go any big name welter would beat Zab. He should go back to 140 IMO.
Go to 140 and get eaten alive by Jose Luis Castilo when he moves up at the end of the year?! I heard Spinks next fight is going to be at 154,can't remember the opponent!
Sorry sal but this pole = ::**
I have corrected this before and I'll do it again. RJ was too young for those guys and then those guys were too old for Roy, end of story regarding those three. Yes Roy could have fought better competition but there are various reasons it didn't happen, he fought James Toney at his absolute best and shut him out.Quote:

What we have here is 3 great fighters be accused of ducking comp but in reality the fights havent materialised .
Out of the 3 , id admit that Floyds comp in recent times hasnt been what it should. His best opponent was Judah who was coming off a loss to a nobody and in fairness Spinks did a better job on Judah the 1st time . He floored him too whereas Floyd was the one on the floor when he met Zab
not even all the following would beat himQuote:

RJJ always avoided the best smw from Europe like Eubank, Benn, Collins and indeed Calzaghe. The same could be said about very overrated Hopkins.Quote:

i didnt even vote ;)
CALZAGHE TALKS A GOOD GAME... I REMEMBER WHEN HE WAS GONNA FIGHT ALL THESE HIGH PROFILE GUYS AND THEN THEY ALL SEEMED TO "FALL THRU"... WHATEVER. I GIVE THE GUY HIS DUE. HE'S A GOOD FIGHTER. ONE OF THE BEST OUT THERE BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CHOOSING OPPOSITION... HIM AND HIS CAMP SUCK. WHY DON'T THEY JUST POOR CEMENT ON THE GUY TO PROTECT HIM. HE WONDERS WHY NOONE GIVES HIM CREDIT.........GREEN? AT LEAST MAKE IT INTERSTING. WHY DIDNT HE TAKE THE FIGHT WITH KESSLER WHEN HE PUT HIS BID IN. OH NO.... WOULDNT WANT TO MAKE IT INTERESTING OR ANYTHING...............COWARD!
yea but he'll rip off Manfredo's head and beat him into a coma
HEY CHIEF? WHO SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MANFREDO... I THINK YOU'RE IN THE WRONG THREAD ::**Quote:

DOUBT IT... A HUGE STEP BACK. BUT WOULD BE INTERESTING
I wouldn't expect him to beat the best fighter in the division and then go for a huge fight straight away with one of the top guys in Light Heavy... How long ago was Lacy for gods sake?
The boxing public are so impatient...
AND WITH GOOD REASON... ODLH FOUGHT LIKE 5 MEGA FIGHTS IN A ROW... WE WERE SPOILED
When did you expect RJ to fight Benn, Eubank, and the British Parliment???
ALL OF THEM @ ONCE... THEN TAKE OVER THE WORLD IN GODZILLA LIKE FASHIONQuote:

Oscar has fought hands down the better competition!!! Mosley fought these name guys: Leija, Vargas, Ceballos, Molina, Diaz, Taylor :beat: , Estrada. I don't think he's as good as people say he is and I think his lack of true competition shows it!
He didn't fight much of anybody at 135, but he jumped two weight divisions and in his second fight at 147 fought DLH. That's not bad. Then he gave Forrest, a dangerous unbeaten guy a shot when he really didn't have too, and then got an immediate rematch. At 154 he's fought ODLH, Winky twice when he didn't have to give Winky a shot and when nobody was giving Winky a shot, and Vargas. There's been much worse ducking than that.Quote:
