Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
At this point in time a rematch with Peter is pointless, Sam came in fat for his last fight and didn't impress me.
Sultan is interesting but he's too green at just 19-0 and he hasn't fought anyone I know of.
The winner of Brock/Timur I. should be who Wladimir fights next, those guys are undefeated and since they are fighting each other they will be coming off a match vs a NAME fighter.
Others to consider are currently scheduled to fight other people so, there goes that.
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
I also think Brock will beat Timur soundly enough that there will be no controversy
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
Vlad needs to unify the belts, not fight a contender. That is bullshat! If he can't get Valuev, or Sergei, then he should at least fight Toney. Anything else is unacceptable.

At least someone is on board with me. Vlad has a few losses already. He doesn't need to chance losing to a journeyman or young buck. The clock is ticking if he wants to become the undisputed champ. Get some balls and go for the other champs.

Yep that would be a good one. But I would like to see him redeem his losses to Purity,Sanders and Brewster and then Ko Peter.
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
Sergei for sure....unless of course Sergei is busy slaying the beast that is Kevin McBride ::**

yeah Wlad should UNIFY and thats all he should do. preferribly against who ever will have the wbc, cuz we all know thats the most recognizable of the belts.
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
The reason I didn't put Lyahkovich, Valuev, or Rahman on there is because they are all busy right now, everyone has 2 fights lined up except for Valuev. And call me cynical but Owen Beck to Wlad Klitschko is a HUGE step up in talent and I highly doubt Valuev would take that fight.
I want Wlad to unify as bad as anyone else does...I think he would absolutely whip the crap out of any of those title holders.
Lyahkovich: people say McBride I am not sure but I know he's having a rematch with Brewster
Rahman: Maskaev 8-12, then perhaps a rematch with Toney
Valuev: Beck 6-3, then probably some other shmoe
I would love for those guys to fight Wlad.
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
Don't hate on my choices, those were all that were available
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
The Champs need to grow some balls and fight each other. the winner of timur/ brock should fight whoever comes out as the undisputed champ

Its funny you mention a wish to see Corrie Sanders Klit II. It cant happen but the fact is that with Sanders its never a forgone conclusion. If he comes to fight, and he cares enough to quit the golf for a while, he could beat any top ten guy. Not consistenly, but still: we know that he can get to Kltischko, he punches as hard as peter and more accurately and has more skills, he has a terrific chin, he would be to much to handle with his aggression for byrd, to big for Toney. Etc. I am not saying that he would be a favorite against these guys, but he would be a real threat . I mean what if he for ONCE took it seriously? He even says things like "boxing is not very important to me" Golf is it, and still he did rather well, was even World Champion. now he 40 so its all academic; I am not ageist he could if he wanted to but he doesnt.

I think another bout is a waste of time for Wlad. Already beaten him and he holds no belt, wheres the reward? He should win a title, defend it once, then fight sam again if at all. He shouldnt be a priority for Wlad.

Who mentioned a Sanders-Wlad II fight?
I think it would be a different ballgame now. Yeah Sanders blueprinted Wlad but since then Wlad has been working hard and has outclassed 2 of the best fighters out there.
Sanders might have been able to do more in the division but wasn't dedicated enough.
A Sam Peter fight at this point would be a career killer for Sam...besides that he hasn't done jack shit to deserve a title shot

purity and sanders are retired.
Re: Who should Wlad Klitschko fight next?
A Brewster rematch would be good...Sam Peter doesn't really deserve a mention he hasn't done anything spectacular in a while.
I mean other than the KO of Jeremy Williams what has the guy done? And knocking out Jeremy Williams is not THAT spectacular. I mean compare it to Wlad, who just DOMINATED the longest reigning champion out there...best performance by a heavyweight since Vitali-Lewis!
