When training hard are there certain techniques that cause hemorrohoids and if you already have them how do you get rid of them?
PS: this is for a friend of mine ;)
Basically, hemorrhoids are caused by excess pressure on in the anus, which causes swelling in the veins down there. A big cause of this is trying too hard when makin #2, if you catch my drift. But basically, anything that stresses that area too hard can cause them swell. I'd guess the only exercise that would really cause that might be trying WAYYYYY too hard doing squats.

To summarize that real quick...not much you can do. Most important is DO NOT RUB THE AFFECTED AREA. May not sound like a big problem, except you have to wipe, which is a problem. Get some baby wipes, and don't wipe so much as blot.
Also, no aspirin or ibuprofen for pain....they can make it worse....stick to acetaminophen (tylenol).

When you have hemorrohoids, your guts are literally trying to come out of your ass. (they hurt like a motherfucker). You usually get them from bending over to pick up heavy objects and stuff. I hope you ain't gettin them from training. :o :lolhaha:
