FACTS!!!


WATER

1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated
2. in 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
3. Even Mid dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.
5. Lack of water, the ..1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for many sufferers.

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean, The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous China
4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to rusted bolt for several minutes.
7. To bake a moist ham: Empty can of Coca-Cola into baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminim foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with Coke for a sumtuous brown gravy.
8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greast clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains.
9. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. The pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor in the rising increase of osteoporosis.
2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup(the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
3. The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years! Now the question isl would you like a coke or a glass of water?

Thats crazy I have heard some of those facts before. Just imagine what it does to your insides. Thank god I don't drink coke to much at all.

I will take water or Mountain Dew. Never have been a big Coke drinker.

Actually they did the whole T-bone steak deal on Mythbusters and it didn't disolve it...same with a tooth....didn't disolve but it didn't look good either.

That "active ingredient" is CARBONIC acid not phosphoric...you know carbination, carbonic acid.

You can use soda water to clean car batteries

With type 2 diabetes I don't even look at a can of Coke or any other soda for that matter.

Coke hands down for taste lol, i drink more water tho because it keeps skin clear!

You tell them. Everybody knows coke is white. It does darken when you add baking soda, though.

for those that train hard water is the way, cola like many things can be ok if taken in small units

Yup, all true and valuable information, but I still have one small problem, water doesn't have that 'real thing' taste! Big fan of drinking water though, keeps everything ticking over, and with a filter it is quite nice and cold, but drink those 8 glasses a day does lead to very frequent visits to the little boys' room to release the pressure.
