This could be the biggest purse in boxing history, what do you think?
I'm sure it probably will be, I don't know, the HW's brought in ridiculous amounts of money in the 90's but the boxing fan is made to pay more than ever these days. Either way, the fight will be colossal.
evander vs tyson? that was like what? 25 mil each???
It could well be the biggest purse ever.
Definately. Probably by a landslide
Yes, absolutely... With Floyd sr against Jr... The golden boy... It will be massive.
I would say yes..it will be the biggest purse.
I think it would be a very interesting fight too. They are both great fighters..though I've really never been too big of a fan of either.
it's got a great shot.....PPv costs twice as much now and their are more homes with cable....Plus, when you have 2 well known fighters with HUGE fanbases....well that just smells of money.....Quote:

How much do you think each fighter will earn?
I'd say PBF gets 17-21 Mil and ODLH will get 26-30 Mil. Now how stupid is PBF for not fighting Tony?
If he beats ODLH, I'm guaranteeing that he will fight Mosley at 154 next and then Winky at 160 (assuming Winky beats Jermain) just to get the six division championship distinction.
Slow down tiger, let's see how he does at 154 before assuming he'll do well at 160.....Quote:

PBF isn't gonna stick around in these divisions and he isn't in these divisions to compete or to defend titles. He's looking for the big $ fights that he has a shot in and a place in history. Assuming all of this happens and he beats Winky, ODLH, and Mosley, do you think there's any shot PBF would face a true 154 or 160 pounder? Hell no. PBF knows that he probably should be back @ 140 but the bigger money and challenges are at the higher weight classes, so he has to move up. PBF's my favorite boxer, but to be honest, I'm not even convinced that he can compete with natural welters. We'll see how his career plays out.Quote:

ALOT of people knew evender. so they got 25 mil each. (and that was about 10 years ago) adjust that for inflation. no way is PBF v. ODLH the biggest purse ever.Quote:
