Saw Valuev's last fight against Owen Beck and he had good hand speed for such a big guy. Some record with 44 wins, if the match with Danny Williams is agreed who would win it?

I think Valuev would take the inside line and Jab Danny all night, late KO Valuev
I would like to see Sam Peter fight Valuev......
nice matchup killer, Valuev/Peter then feed the winner of that to Wlad
The only thing that Beck matchup told me is its time for him to go up against quality opposition.
Yeh, I think Valuev would take williams, would be a tight fight with peter as peter gave Klitschko a good fight. Klitschko v Valuev would then be an interesting spectacle!
Even though Valuev is a title holder I think as a matter of honor he would have to beat Peter beforeQuote:

Bam Bam Bigelow was the man. He moved pretty fast for a big guy. I wish he had stayed in ECW.Quote:

He is crap, and just got very very lucky with this shite era of heavies.
It may be a poor era of heavies, but i wudn't call him crap. Think many of the greats wud have a problem fighting Valuev and knowing how to get the better of him.Quote:

Valuev is much better than i thought he throws lots of punches for such a big lump and has a half decent jab.
I was expecting an unskilled lump when i 1st tuned in to watch him but he aint half as bad as people say.
Finished Beck with a good combo .
Valuev is a chump, he doesn't have power his defense and chin have not been tested
Lyle i think i remember you didnt you use to have a picture of you with a funny Mexican hat on you Sig ?
Valuev has taken care of the fringe contenders in good style and actually turns up throws punches and keeps them coming which is more than you can say for most Heavys.
I remember exactly the same thing being said about the Klitchko boys.
A man that big only needs to be at an elementary level in boxing to be affective ...when your arm weighs 50 lbs and u have the leverage to keep chopping down on someone its effective ....we havnt had to see him actually get drawn into a real shoot out ...i think hes underrated
then reality hits and u relize he has a belt and somebody is gonna have to beat him
Wlad will beat him ...then toney beats wlad ;D lol
Personally, until someone puts him on his ass, I think people should lay off the big man. He's KO'd or beaten everyone that's been put in front of him, and as many people suggest, he's got fair hands and heavy punches, and I also think he'd beat Sam Peter if he was put in front of him.
When we reach the creme de la crme of the current generation of heavyweights, and it's not exactly very cramy at the moment, I think it would be very competitive between Valuev and Toney or Rahman, but i'm with everyone else who wants to see Valuev v Wlad K.
and it would be a top notch fight too.
Nikolai Valuev is improving and getting a little "mean" too. Uh oh! He doesn't care for the names and prefers the one his parents gave him. He is a soft-spoken, educated family man. Is this what folks really don't like? Etienne and Beck were fine athletes and had a tough time reaching him. Now, ask both of those guys about Valuev's uppercut! Valuev is wonderful for boxing; he is a figure of interest and will probably wind up with fifty wins...like it or not. He is amazingly strong, and Donald knocked the dickens out of him, and he, Valuev, took it. :-\
Klitschko might defeat Valuev, but Toney would go to the hospital; Valuev is underrated. Watch the big guy! ::**
lets skip the bs and put the big guy in with wlady...forget the other clowns in the heavyweight this two should get it on...give the big guy some credit his undefeated and still ain't been on his a$s...as for wlady his skilled and seem to be the best out their right now...this is the only fight i will watch in the heavyweight division...other matches are just a waste of time...
He is definetly improving, but really, Owen Beck is pretty shit. He didn't even keep his hands up, Valuev however seemed to have better combos as I just watched the fight... I dunno he could be something... We'll have to see, if he ever really steps up.
IT WAS OWEN FREAKIN BECK!!!
That would be interesting.Quote:
