you mean your BMI? as far as I know you can't really use maths to calculate bone density and body make up... you need calippers or electronic sensors...

When it comes to health clubs... use the equipment but take everything they tell you with a pinch of salt... especially if they sell the crap which they are plugging...

Reminds me of this wacked out German "Artist" that I saw once, where he takes dead people, strips their skin, lacquers the remaining tissue (muscle, circulatory system, some of the bigger organs [lung, heart etc]), and then reattaches it to the skeletons in various poses. Creepy creepy creepy...
