What do you think? I say he won't be in shape.
Yes he will, round is a shape ;D
If he doesnt improve his condition then Peter has a solid chance of KO'ing Toney and I am a Toney fan....Toney is too old to be playing games with his body...it could catch up messily...
I guess I should have asked what kind of PHYSICAL shape he would be in LOL.Quote:

Who cares, he'll lose anyway
I hope he will, but I seriously doubt it.
Well this fight will make or break me as a JT fan. I think he is an amazing boxer with all the skills i just get so frustrated when he obviously puts more effort into getting down to Burger King then the Gym.
Well Toney promised to be in shape for this fight that he'd get the weight down. But for Rahman he said he'd be in Iran Barkley shape, who knew he meant current Barkley
I think he will be in shape for this, (ie 225 or thereabouts).
Peter is probably the biggest puncher in boxing and Toney isn't going to want to take chances.
Am I the only person who feels Toney deserves credit for taking this fight?
I mean he's a natural middleweight and he's fighting a pretty ferocious puncher in Peter. It's not as if he needs the fight either, seeing as he could get the winner of Rahman/Maskaev.
Respect to the fat, mouthy one for taking this, and if he can win, without being floored 3 times like the chinny one it will be a great achievement.
CC bro I think the Rahman fight was a wake up call for James ,if he looks Piss poor in this fight it all but assures he is out of the picture for good as a major player in the heavyweight division..I am sure Freddy is telling James the same thing hopefuly it will get thru that skull of his thoughQuote:

Because people only picked Peter because they thought he'd get to the weak jaw of Wlad. But Toney has anything but a weak jaw and I don't see Peter knocking him out. Toney will win a decision but if he wants to make a statement he needs to drop Peter
well for toney 300 ibs is considered in shape
Toney aint coming in shape. If he does he will win.
James Toney will be shaped like a planet
In shape or not Toney will win
He will be in shape..."Round"
If Peter is any kind of a fighter, he will punish Toney to the Body and end the fight within 10 rounds...Toney will lay against the ropes and Peter needs to either stay away or punish Toney's body...but I doubt Peter is disciplined enough
Hmm I wouldn't advise punching Toney to the body. He may not get his hand back....Quote:

:coolclick: You beat me to it!Quote:
