Heres alittle clip of what you can do with elastic I call it The Four colour map theory it works the abductors and adductors at the same time Its good for cordination and speed plus power. The kid whose demonstrating at the time had not boxed

Hi Scrap - another intriguing invention CC - just wondering why it's called the four colour theory?
Also I can see small cords coming from the back brace to the ankle straps which seem to be loose.
What are they there for?
If you tie the bands onto the harness instead of the ring corner posts ring does it still work the ab and adductors just as well. Maybe I'm not fully understanding something here - just not sure how the resistance can still come from the same direction.Quote:

Oh those ropes coming from the waste to ankles are to give muscular balance and very good core stability the arnt loose its the movement making them twang it aint easy. It makes you use your knees to bend because you cant use your back its to restricted because of the headband

Thanks Scrap CC - I bought materials a while ago to make a few things i've seen here and am trying to nut out how to make ankle/wrist straps since I can't seem to find anywhere to buy them.
I'll add this one to the list because I know I have had a tendancy to bend with my back too much and i've been trying to correct it. :)
What you can do is get a cane fishing net. Bend it to 90% take the net off sponge or tape the wire, Get a belt put it round the waste . Put the wire over the head and the cane inside the belt and cut the cane to suite there you go youve got your postulater it works
