Mate, just do it.
It's a top notch investment. Granted I can't afford one, but if i could I would, and my teenage nephew who's played FN3 on the Xbox360 was telling me it's the best thing since sliced bread, so......go ahead. You have my full support!

I bought one of the 360's with fight night a few months back. Its a great game. Dont worry I am 30 as well and dont think I am having a mid life crisis!!..Hud on...now youve got me thinking...maybe I am!!
It's a cracking game though probably the best I have played since the many Months I lost playing Sensible Soccer many years ago!

 I was standing in Best Buy waiting for my girlfriend to pick out an i-pod (for me to buy) and playing Fight Night for the 360.  Personally, I think it's a slow paced bore.  I will not be happy until they can bring back the speediness of 2004.  I know what the F*** Roy Jones Jr. looks like and I don't think cool graphics should outweigh game play.  Between rounds I could imagine my fighter mumbling "oil can" to his cornermen like the tin-man of Oz did to Dorothy.

Call me a cheap arse but id hate to see 800 bucks go out the window that quickly just for an xbox so i wouldnt but thats just me ;)

In the United States the PS3 is set to go for $599.00. I went from Super Nintendo to Playsation 1, then 2. I will be buying the 3 myself.
I like the X-Box that a friend of my has but not enough to switch over.
I also had a GameCube but my wife took that with her when she left.

Just wait for PS3.. IMO 360 was just a scheme, it's only the better graphics, there was no need to even make a new console... THey could have just updated the original Xbox slightly as they constantly do anyways.. that and PLaystation always has better and more games.
