Out of all the mainstream boxers (not journeymen) who had the worst chin ever (made of glass). My picks would have to be Terry Norris, Zab Judah, Tommy Hearns, etc etc.

I forget all about Jello Legs Grant, I think one time his legs were so unstable that he broke his ankle (against Lewis) or something like that.Quote:

Just ask David Tua. ;D
I am sorry guy's, how could I forget Andrew "sixheads" (no chin) Lewis
Floyd Patterson comes immediately to mind ;)
But in his defence, his style of boxing (jumping, whilst punching) did not help.
Joe Frasiers son's chin also was made of China, I cannot remember his name for the death of me.
Angel Manfredy also comes to mind, I can do this all day, where's the love.
He had at least two; Joe Jr, and the one I suspect you are thinking of; 'Marvelous' Marvis ;)Quote:

I dont rate Zabs chin, but the punch Tszyu got him with was perfect, exactly where Kostya needs them ;)
He may not be a major player on the world scene but any mention of poor chins has me automatically typing Paul 'Scrap Iron' Ryan, the guy could not take a punch at all. He did pretty well considering ;D
Don't forget about good old Derrick Gainer
Oh yeah, the bookies will not forget him. I remember them getting stung big time with Thaxton/Ryan, that tip was steaming hot.Quote:

Ahh Michael Grant. I remember being on the verge of convincing myself he was the next Great Heavyweight. I told everyone Grant is gonna be the next big thing.
F**ked that one up!
yeh i remember gettin a good chuckle from that, but hes not as good a dancer as zab ;DQuote:

U can break your jaw on just a strange angled punch but a glass jaw is pure force of impact and what your nogin can take.. or how thick the sack filled with fluid, around the brain is.Quote:

Because Tyson and Holmes starched him? Powder puff punchers those two ;D
No it doesn't, it means your body is reacting to the punch, it doesn't mean you have a glass chinQuote:

Does anyone remember Chuck Gardner? He fought Bruno about 15 years ago, big fat bald bloke.
Bruno put out a gentle pawing jab, more to set his reach than anything else and Gardener was out cold.
I think even if Frank hadn't thrown any punches at all that guy would have been KO'd by the second round!
Shouts to Vlad and Mike Moorer. Simply because these two have unbelievable offenses, with not too shabby D's, but when they get hit clean they crumble.
Honorable mention to one of my favs,(sorry) Lennox Lewis. Not a bad chin, but smart and could roll punches well, not to mention he's so big he's hard to hit.
ken norton frank bruno earnie shavers carl williams tommy hearns
butterbean :P
um....some guy out of England Vitali fought, he had a box hair cut and was a heavyweight champ
hide?
herbie hide ??
Vargas
Felix Trinidad
I was gonna put him but more I think about it everytime he was down where hard flush punches and he got up in all ogf them in 1 second the one that took him 8 seconds and his father stopped the fight was the B-hop fightQuote:
