Well still gonna have a look for other gyms but this one is just so close.
West ham told me they arent taking any one who hasn't had a bout on at the moment as they have a very full gym.
Hey Scrap
Around october I'm coming to London for a few days, what's the best gym in London in your opinion ?
i train at west ham for beginners/kids its 5-6 and for more advanced/adults its 6-7:30 or somtimes 8
join at september it will be a new season and they will be taking in more people
In fairness I dont know the London scene like I did, but I know the good coaches. Its ten years since I was coaching down there, although I keep in touch with freinds who tell me the latest gossip and whats what.
Yeah OK,Quote:

The Lodge if you can get there no problem, its on the northern Line 200 yards from Lambeth North Tube Great club, but Im biased.
Went to All stars today, looks a very serious club and i do like the atmosphere, gonna be training there 3x a week now though its hard after a 9-5 , i leave house 6:50 am and get home 9pm
Akay will look after you no problem, bit out of your way though is it not
Actually its ok because i take the train 8 minutes to WestBourne Park which is on my way home anyway after work at Hammersmith and then take a 6 min walk to the high street , i arrive a bit late but as long as im there before 6 its ok.Quote:
