All I can tell you off teh top of my head is that light heavy is up to 81kg, noy sure what it's from.
weight divisions are not rele important in amatuer boxing i dont think cus as long as there is no more than 3kgs difference between the fighters they can both weigh in different divisions and still fight
At a club show or what ever, ABA one and you have to make the weith, spot on.
I think the 3kg rule is more of an unofficial thing... ;)
cheers AdamGB u seem to know your stuff, seem a cool guy as well
do you box
where you from
how old
your record
19, Newcastle, course I box... :P
I run this place :)
Record is 3 and 2, both losses on points... some might say I should be 4 and 1 but that's amatuer boxing... ;)
haha osum ive bin reading posts on here for a long time and your name allways seems to crop up in the posts lol keep up the gd work
Thanks cc ;) :P

What part of Wales are you from by the way?
Hey Silverboy,
Maybe this site will be of use http://www.aiba.net/home.aspx You'll have to search yourself (i know the official weights are there somewere), don't have enough time myself right now and could'nt find it in a few clicks ;)
It's the world Amateur International Boxing Association. Most national amateur boxing associations work according to their rules (that is, if they take themself seriously ;D )
Good luck
oh right as far as i knew that was a rule but only 2kg below a certain age 14 i thinkQuote:
