yeah, some alien came up and started poking me....So what i did was get my shotgun from the bacon shed and shot the bastard. I then procedded to urinate in it's face while it was screaming, and torched the slag with my daddy's flamethrower.
Good times
Well yesterday on the way home from sparring, I hadn't had a shave in a while and don't think I'd cleaned the blood off my nose (this Welter weight is so fucking fast :P) and this fat American Tourist came up to me...
Indiscimrinetly, despite me looking really rough... she starts asking me in the broadest 'Generic American Tourist accent' I've heard, if I could direct her to a close shop she'd heard about that sell clothes for 'Large Woman'...
I had to talk through my teeth so I didn't burst out laughing, I'm expecting to end up on some Candid Camera program soon.
Was expecting Mr. Blobby or Jeremy beadle to pop up.
There was once this guy named Floorian who used to post on here. Now that was strange. :-\
Flying to Dallas From London, Got talking to a guy who was a test pilot for the USAAF Got talking 4hours into the flight about strange things that happen, and I mentioned The Philladelphia Experiment, to him. He went apeshit at me wanting to know who I was wanted my passport to look at, I thought shit Ive hit a nerve with this guy. When he had settled down he told me his father was on the ship when the experiment took place and died of cancer the same year. It was all hush hush that the CIA had warned the family to say nothing or else. The guy was really shook up. I think if they were doing those sort of things then, what the fuck are they doing now
One time we were driving by a corn field late @ night.
I saw this powerful glow about 100 yards into the field.
Stopped my truck & got out & walked towards the mysterious bright glow.
I've seen enough fucking space ship movies to know a space ship when I think I might see one.
I walked out there expecting to meet aliens & tell them that we are friendly here in the_Ohio.
Turns out it was a fucking high dollar John Deere farming thingy with hundreds of lights working all night to cutivate the crops (or whatever those farmers do)
He was as surprised as as I was seeing me waving my arms around in a non-aggressive manner!
I think he thought I was alien as much as I thought he was.
You are an alien <---- :argue: ----> Nuh-uh, you are an alien
Then I went back to the truck hammered Cindy Hopper in the bed of my truck by the light of the farm implement until we had mutual orgasm.
:) The End. :D
On the way back to Austin from Colorado Ski trip. Were driving back , its 11:45 at night, in the middle of bum fuk Egypt . And all of a sudden there is this light shining on the SUV. Everyone is the truck is trying to figure out what the light is, and where its coming from , it was like a Police Helicopter light shinning down on getaway perps. The radio in the truck went fuzzy, and TIME stood still, seriously, the event seemed like 15 min 20 min, then the light went away and the radio came back on. we all Looked at the clock and only on minute had passed. No shit bro, it was nutz ! That was like 15 years ago, but everyone still talks about it !

Years ago I saw the Aura australis which is our southern counterpart to your northern lights.
I got out of my car and stared into the white light that was pouring out of the ground in a round 40 feet or so beem that went right up onto the clouds makeing them a red glow. I drove right inbetween two of these lights and out the other side of a row of about 7 spread over about a mile each side of the road.
You can go through this phenomoma and it doesnt move away like a rainbow does!
I thought I was having a flash back from some mushies or being visited but the next morning it was on the radio and the local weather dudes had it plotted on some radar or something.
Driving through New Mexico in the Middle of the Desert a saw a glowing red ball coming from near the mountains, I was scared shitless because it was in the middle of the night and the only other thing outthere was mycar, but the object never moved toward me, weird shit.
Yep, He looked liked this guy?Quote:

O’Hare UFO: Hoax or Real Sighting?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By Jack Kramer
Jan 3, 2007
O’Hare UFO? That's the question. A group of United Airline employees swear they saw a mysterious saucer-shaped craft hovering over O'Hare International Airport last fall. Federal officials say nonsense - it was probably just some weird weather phenomenon. Jon Hilkevitch of the Chicago tribune describes the sighting this way.
A flying saucerlike object hovered low over O'Hare International Airport for several minutes before bolting through thick clouds with such intense energy that it left an eerie hole in overcast skies, said some United Airlines employees who observed the phenomenon.
Was it an alien spaceship? A weather balloon lost in the airspace over the world's second-busiest airport? A top-secret military craft? Or simply a reflection from lights that played a trick on the eyes?
***
According to the Tribune report the event happened on November 7. The sighting occurred during daylight, about 4:30 p.m., just before sunset.
All the witnesses said the object was dark gray and well defined in the overcast skies. They said the craft, estimated by different accounts to be 6 feet to 24 feet in diameter, did not display any lights.
Some said it looked like a rotating Frisbee, while others said it did not appear to be spinning. All agreed the object made no noise and it was at a fixed position in the sky, just below the 1,900-foot cloud deck, until shooting off into the clouds.
***
According to the Associated Press the Federal Aviation Administration acknowledged that a United supervisor had called the control tower at O'Hare, asking if anyone had spotted a spinning disc-shaped object. But the controllers didn't see anything, and a preliminary check of radar found nothing out of the ordinary, FAA spokeswoman Elizabeth Isham Cory said.
"Our theory on this is that it was a weather phenomenon," Cory said. "That night was a perfect atmospheric condition in terms of low (cloud) ceiling and a lot of airport lights. When the lights shine up into the clouds, sometimes you can see funny things."
The FAA is not investigating, Cory said. United spokeswoman Megan McCarthy said company officials don't recall discussing any such incident from Nov. 7.
UFO's exist and are for real. I have no doubts about this. The evidence is too overwhelming. I have never seen a UFO nor had a close encounter though. I seldom look at the sky. It strains my neck.
Apart from those previous 2 sentences Im quite serious. ;)
I once saw a UFO land.
It was being driven by elvis with Jimmy hoffa as the co-pilot
they invited me on board as they needed a best man for the wedding of bigfoot and the lochness monster.
After the wedding yeti and I made crop circles under the direction of Bruce Lee's Ghost.
I drank lots of 2309 vitage Klingon Mot'loch but thankfully did not become drunk enough to allow Captain Kirk to give me an ANAL probe
funny. for me it was the opposite.Quote:

I know the Chicago airport (either Midway or O'Hare) had some "activity" of the unknown flying kind and I live in North Carolina where it's one of the "most haunted states in the US" due to the Civil War and Pirates and all sorts of stuff which make for nice stories.
So gather 'round the campfire and tell yer stories maties......yaaaaarrrr ;D
and you can tell of personal experiences or just the old ghost stories, North Carolina has a TON of those: the Maco light, the Devil's stomping grounds, the legend of Blackbeard, the girl at the underpass, and many more....I'll tell those other ones if you like.
....a note as a poster, perhaps my lifestyle has killed off enough brain cells to where I find this stuff interesting but hey I think it's kind of cool even if it's bogus.
And no one post those fucking movies where the zombie or Linda Blair's face from The Exorcist pops up out of nowhere! If you do, I will ask that you be banned......
......for being a jackass
CC for the topic, Lyle. I'm always looking to be creeped out by a good ghost story myself.
Isn't Loretta Lynn's haunted plantation down your way somehere? I've always wanted to spend the night there.

.....hahaha one of my mom's cousins is a bigfoot fanatic....God he goes on for hours about it, 3 toed, 4 toed and the differences between them etc and my uncle has been in the woods and so on for his whole life as a wildlife biologist and so on and he's never seen any evidence of Bigfoot (and he thinks his cousin is crazy) or the Chupacabra or "The Beast of Bladenboro" a town near where both my parents are from had a slue of cattle and hogs killed by an unknown source hence the "Beast" moniker.
the supernatural has always scared me puss ! :o
LOL Me too.Quote:

Just out of curiosity does anyone here watch Ghost hunters on Sci-Fi, or any UFO/Mysteries programs. I'm not really big on them but I like to watch them if there's nothing better on.
I'm somewhat sceptical about the whole UFO phenomenon, but I'm more inclinded to believe in things like UFO's and Ghosts than I am to not believe in them. I do believe in ghosts and those sorts of things, I'm convinced a few of the houses I've lived in have been haunted.
Too many people have claimed to see and experinece too many things for there not to be some truth to it, and there's way more harm that comes from admitting one has expeienced paranormal incidents than there is benefit, so if it didn't happen, why would most of the people affect claim it did. Though some of them are obviously just fucking crazy.
I don't know if anyone remembers seeing the footage those 5 lights above Phoenix (I think it was Phoenix) that all moved in unison, but tons of people video-taped it and it was all over CNN etc. but the guy who was the mayor of Phoenix at the time has come out and said he believes it was a UFO.
I watched "Ghost Adventures" where 2 film makers go on this ghost hunting safari out in Nevada and I am not sure if it's real or phoney BUT they caught on tape a brick flying across the room, which scared one of the guys so bad he ran out of the room. It's the sort of thing you don't trust without seeing it IN PERSON, apparitions along with the sounds, the knocking, the 'white noise', it can all be doctored or faked....but I liked that show it was interesting.Quote:

As far as UFO's there are MANY famous people who believe in 'visitors'....Dan Akroyd being one of the more serious about it.

With my hand on the bible, everything I say is true.
Four different people have seen the same thing in my mom's house... a man walking through the dining room. when my dad passed away, it stopped. (I never saw it.) My cousin (person number 5) walked down to our basement many years ago to use the computer. At the bottom of the stairs was the image of a man just standing there waiting for her. She high-tailed her ass out of there.
As for me, I've heard shit. I was 25.. watching TV in the front room. From just beyond the kitchen I heard something... not sure what....but I knew it was real. Was too scared to move at first.
Another time I was working in the basement at about 1am, doing some wood work. I heard footsteps.... (not THOUGHT I heard footsteps, but HEARD footsteps.) As real as it could get... bang, bang, bang, from one end of the room above me to the other. I thought nothing of it. I thought my mom got up for some reason. when I went to bed I asked her what she was doing up. She said she wasn't. I said, you didn't just walk through the family room 5 minutes ago. She said nope.
I haven't heard of much action from that house since I moved down here to the states about 8 years ago. although, my mom did feel a crisp tap on her shoulder as she sat on the couch one day. Nobody was behind her and nothing fell from above.
That house is a little creepy. Even today when I go home for the weekend I get a little spooked once in a while, and I'm a grown man, 34 years old!!
I took a course in college called "The Normal and the Para-normal" which dealt with all this type of stuff. I've never had any experiences myself, but I enjoy reading about this type of stuff, especially ghosts and spirits (not booze). I went on one of these ghost tours in Salem, Mass., and the hairs on the back of my neck were standing up by the time it was over.
I've seen the American Ghosthunters with Taps a few times. That program really grates my shit to be honest. I mean instead of producing a serious investigative documentary on evidence for the paranormal they give air time to these absolute fucktards.Quote:

There 'investigations' consist of going to a house for about an hour, setting up a few cameras and walking around with a digital temperature gauge ???
I would LOVE to have explained to me why it is that ghost's are even linked to such phenomena as temperature drops, creaking noises, tingling feelings, mists etc as to my mind they have no relevence whatsoever.
'Wow, the temperature drops by two degrees if I stand here! :o' 'Itmust be a ghooost in the hoooose!'
or 'Wow, I summoned the spirit and asked him to make a sign of his presence and the blind's rustled ever so slightly!' :o
Seriously where the hell did they get these assholes? And they drive around in a big black van like they are the fucking A Team or something, just absolute complete and utter gormless clowns. :-\
