I think he was a great fighter with great skills, 2nd fastest hands in boxing next to Meldrick Taylor. IMO.

Ray Leonard was one of the best fighters to step into a ring.
I just don't think he beat Hagler, or drew with Hearns.
Despite this, and I will never change my mind, I don't hate him - I mean, I've never even met the guy!!!
He is the best fighter since Ali and from what I can see a nice bloke.

I'm a big Ray Leonard fan, one of the greatest of all time.
And I can't believe how good he looks on the Contender! He looks no older than the guys who are fighting.

I didn't have him beating Hagler though. Just cause you have to take the belt from the champ, especially a champ like Hagler. He didn't. It was a great performance though, but not a fight that he won.
