Who do you think would win.Im talkin about ODLH now not his prime.
I still think Oscar has too much for Tony. Tony is a big guy he's tough but when has he been pushed by an All-Time Great?
Oscar. Hands down. People can hate on Oscar all they want...but the man's still got heart & he's still got speed, skills, & power.Quote:

Margarito is physically imposing at 147 but what's he done??? I just wish Floyd would blast that motherfucker out!
DeLaHoya would definately KO this guy, especially at 154 Oscar's skill level "GREATLY" exceeds Margarito's
How many rounds would margarito win?
3 if he's lucky
yeah i was thinking about 3-4
DLH wins easy, KO late or wide decison!
besides the age factor I think ODLH is superior in everything... he's bigger, faster, better technique, coaching, experience, salary, wife, house ... it goes on and on... can you guess what I'm talking about? anyways ODLH wins.
I believe that Oscar in his "prime" would beat today's Margarito but if Margarito was given more opportunity to improve with more fights then a real close war would be at hand
At 147,it would be close. Oscar has had a long layoff, his stamina may not be there or he may not be as elsuive as he used to be and that would play into Margarito's hands. Oscar may very well win a decision or if those factors I mentioned come into play,Margarito may crush him. At 154,differnt story,Toni does not carry the weight well,I'd favour Oscar by WIDE UD.
cc bro I'm shocked you actually favoured someone over Margarito! Who do you pick in a DLH/ Mayweather fight? Just curious.Quote:

Oscar would win a decision now days coz he is superior in everyway bar Age. In his prime ODLH knocks him out!
He didn't. He said that Oscar could win at 154 but at 147 he said it would be "close" I would beat down Margarito like he did Mayorga. They throw the same punchesQuote:

Yeah I know you are going to now say that Williams claims to have nocked down Margarito in sparring and got fired for it but do a google search and find some of the articles by writers who were there and you will see a different story-I dont have time to look right now.
Sparring isn't a factor in what happens in the ring. Daniel Edouard roughed up Jermain Taylor a few times and what happened?Quote:

Sparring is a different story then getting in the ring where everything clicks.
Sparring is where you try to get the 'clicking' down in.
He did "I'd favour Oscar by WIDE UD".Quote:

He only favored it at 154 DLH by "Wide UD" because he said Tony doesn't carry the weight well ;) But at 147 he sait it would be "close"Quote:

And that DLH would only win by Wide UD at 154 because Margarito doesn't carry the weight well.
I would be surprised if he said Margarito would beat Ali! Margarito's a great kid, good for the sport, but he got a lot a flaws. I think he gives a lot of guys at 147 trouble but his next fight if it's against Clottey won't be a gimme!Quote:

It's his size, conditioning and if you think he only throws wide looping shots, you either don't watch his fights properly or have not seen enough of him. He can loop and throw straight shots, the Cintron and Lujan fight being examples of both. As for Clottey,he's rugged, tough and dangerous. He can box and brawl and I expect it to be a close fight but I'm backing Tony.
As for Oscar Floyd,I'm backing Floyd, too much hype about Oscar's win over a limited Mayorga,Mayorga is no Floyd and that fight did not answer any questions about Oscar's conditioning etc. He will have the power to hurt Floyd but this is an old Oscar,he does not hav that zap anymore and I FULLY expect Floyd to win.
What do you mean Oscar "knows" Margarito can draw "big money," mate? Most people have never even heard of the guy. If money is the issue, Oscar makes much more fighting Shane, Winky, Floyd, Vargas--even Ouma, Cory Spinks or Zab would bring more money than Margarito. ::**Quote:

Why? $$$$$$ so go do some google searches on Golden boy promotions.Quote:

Though unlike Kessler, Margarito does talk a stupid amount of shite...
How is Baldomir tougher?!?!?! Explain....and when does Tony talk shite? It's nothing like Kessler....your points have no validity....Quote:

He talks shite by calling Floyd out all the fucking time when he has not done enough to deserve a shot at him yet and by saying that Floyd is 'scared' of him...Quote:

Baldimor is the true Welterweight champion... he beat Gatti and Judah... where as Margarito has a WBO strap...
Baldimor is a level or two above him, never mind how high Floyd is above him.

cc bro, I used to really like Margarito until he pulled this Floyd's scared sh*t & all his fans started thinking that sh*t is fact! Truth here is Margarito is a good fighter who has beaten a lot of tough solid guys. He may get his shot at Floyd in the near future, but until that fight or another big one comes up he's gotta stop b*tching & prove he belongs.Quote:
