I've also noticed the past few weeks that Toney's speech is becoming more and more slurred. One of Peter's managers made a crack about that during a conference call, saying he couldn't even understand what he was saying because it sounded like he had water in his mouth. I think, sadly, Toney's on that Evander path.

I don't know I really think his speech has gotten worse as time has gone by. Like you look at the videos back when he was gonna fight with Roy Jones. He was actually understandable now its just so incoherent and hard to understand the poor guy.
