You must be really skinny... i'd say start building muscle most vital for boxing...start working the upper body

CREATINE IS BAD IT SUCKS I TOOK IT FOR 4 Months And Have Seen No Body Change and Little changes in how much i lift
im 6 foot and i weight 135-140 im pretty skinny but not as bad as you guys make it sound :-[
yes but all peoples bodies are different, maybe creatine aint the way to go for you but for me its perfect.
Yeah But I Would Say Cornelius Its Not All to Great For Boxing Becuz OF The Usual Weight Gained And In Boxing I Would think You Would Want To Be Light Unless Your Super Tuff And Are A Super Good boxer Or Your Opponet Sucks :)

Damn Dude Just Get A Punching Bag And Work The Hell Out Of It Thats What I Do And Thats The Weight I Started At 128 pounds skinny as hell but then i got a punching bag and hit it every day incorrectly but thats not the point ;D But dude Now Im 135-140 solid muscle and i hardly lift weights..
Just Saying Creatine Probably Does Work But Is Not Needed There Are Tons Of Skinny Ass Boxers Who Would Rock A World Or 2 and im pretty sure they dont use creatine... Punching Power Doesnt COme In How Big Your Muscles Are Dude I Have 12.5 biceps but that has nothing to do with my punching power most of the power comes from you back and your legs and some speed and stuff speed is power
but now im down to hitting as correctly as i can with the help of most of the posters on Saddoboxing.com ;D
