urrrmm im not sure to be quite honest, not that i ever seen a gal workin in a boxin gym but i guess the best way to break into it is if your a member of a gym and they need a hamd someday offer to take the money and sign people in and what have yer... then maybe you'll get asked to help out here n there n go from there.... i really cant think about anythin else...
i mean how do you become a cutman or other such training duties? let alone become qualified to do these jobs...

why dont you just train if not while someones sparring offer them water and lube thyre face up lol lube ;D with vaseline you know you have to offer regularly 8)
You don't really look for it like a proffesion, unless you want to be a conditioning coach or something... cutman etc its basically just down to being part of that circle... get in teh gym and be active ;)
i wouldnt mind you to be my cutwoman emma ;)
