Who Is sitting up to watch the Barrera vs Juarez fight tonight

Just wanted to find out is many of you gonna try and sit up and watch this one,I am gonna give it ago programe starts on Sky Sports at 2am...Late one

I'll be up for it. Plenty of coffees and junk food do the trick and if you get yourself involved in the round by round thread it gives you more to do than just sit on the couch and keeps you alert between rounds! I always like staying up for the fight as its not the same watching the re-runs. Theres nothing quite like a good night in, watching the big fight live...can't wait!

i would but i aint got sky sports 2 which it is only on that. its on sky sports 3 next morning at 11am. im watching it then

Yeah I am with you gonna sit up,will go to Sainsburys now and stock up on the junk food lol....From wot I hear there is good couple off fights on the undercard allthough I cant say I know a lot about them...

I think Barrera looks well up for it and even if this fight wasnt on the bill the undercard action is worth not going to bed for... this is an amazing card ;)

Can anyone tell me a little about the undercard fighters so I know more about them...

Jorge Barrios-Joan Guzman.

Barrios has actually weighed in OVER the limit so only Guzman may win the title. Barrios is a beast,was involved in a THRILLING war with hard hitting Brazilian,Acelino Freitas,in which he was knocked down,knocked Freitas down,was a bloody bloody mess with like 2 DEEEEEEEEEP cuts which would have stopped any normal man and was obscuring his vision but kept on fighting. He has power,very very aggressive,very sloppy at times,and most of his fights are exciting. Guzman is a HIGHLY rated prospect,has beaten some hardened veterans pretty easily,can box and go to war and has power too. This could be the fight of the night.

Isreal Vazquez-Johnny Gonzalez

Vazquez in some people#s P4P lists,he's in my top 15,can box really well and can brawl too. Gained recognition with his awesome trilogy with Oscar Larios(Manny Pacquioa's last opponent). Johnny Gonzalez is known for his superb power,he's moving up to fight Vazquez,and I'd say from the people I know,this is a real 50-50 fight,some think Vazquez will box to a win,others think Gonzalez will KO him,either way,it will be a great fight.

I'll be up watching it at a local bar. Main event should start around 10-10:30pm where I'm at so not too late at all.

This is actually one of those rare fights where I am shielding myself from these forums and watching the next day via download. Yeah I want to watch it that bad but I'm moving today so I'm not even going to have cable.

HELL YEAH its all about grabbing a few pints, some chrisps etc and settling down to a night of boxing! Well im off out tonight partaying so will be good to come home to!

It'll be daytime for us here at the land of Pacman (+8GMT), usually starting at 10:00 AM. The movie theaters at the cities are showing it live but I live in a rural area so I'll be sticking to the good ol' tube, which shows them at what they call 'on a slightly delayed basis,' which simply means they'd tape the event and put on some commercials in-between the rounds and just keep on rollin' them as they go; so they're usually delayed by 1-2hrs.

Looks like there is a few gonna watch it...I am gonna sit up it does get hard after 4am but i normally can sit up ok...And for anyone gonna watch the repeats it is never that bad if you dont know who win...There is a repeat on Sky Sports at 11 tomorrow morning would maybe be more sense to just watch that but I always have to see it live lol...

Us to, its Fiesta here in Spain every weekend in September we have just booked into eat at 11pm, parade, then home around 3 just in time for the big one. 5 am we got home last sunday morning I do love Spain ;D

i think this all starts at 5:30 pm for me, ill try to stay awake ;D

Just under 4 hours to the undercard starts so anyone else staying up for this one...

This will be my last post maybe untill soemtime tonight.

It's only 2:12 p.m here in So. Cal. gotta go to the store buy food for my peeps coming over. Tonight we are having Shrimp in a appetizer style with sliced onion, cucumber, cooked in lemon juice with chili (Pikin) baked and crushed then sprinkled over it.
Gotta go buy some liquor too. ;)

iam gonna try to stop up will set my alarm just incase i fall to sleep should be good fight not bad under card aswell.
