Harrison's still treading water then. I hope cooky wins but weather that happens or not is another thing entirely.
Im getting really impressed with Frank Warren recently he is coming up with nice cards, this is a great fight, if Harrison is anywhere near his best i see him taking Cook out in around 7/8 rnds, but if he is not Cook can beat him.
Harrison is due out of Jail soon and the fight is apparentley still going ahead. O0
are you going smash? so am i. ;D
Agreed mate, I'd go middle to late rounds for Harrison.Quote:

Anyone going to the Haye fight at york Hall?
If Harrison is so monged out at this stage of October that he is nicking cars and all that sh1te, no way he gets ready for a fight in Dec. If it happens, which I doubt, I reckon Cook will smoke his boots 8)
For one, why the hell is a guy who for me must of made at least a few hundred thousand £££ so far in boxing, nicking cars for?? There is only one explanation, surely he must of been drinking? But him and his camp say hes been dry for months, whatelse explains it why would a succesful rich sportsman on a training camp be larking about nicking cars?Quote:

In all seriousness I think it was a case of mistaken identity. They clearly mistook Scott for a loudmouthed Scotch cunt who likes to throw his fists around ;)
Had it not been for the whole spanish jail fiasco I would be confident of a Harrison win. As it stands im not sure. Perhaps loosing his title, or at least being run close, will finally be the thing to wake him up and convince him to take his head out of his ass and concentrate on doing what he does best - boxing.
It looks like a really good night of domestic boxing, with this and the Skelton-Parcel Force bout on the same card.
Who were they actually looking for ...... Clydey ??Quote:

Anyone got any info at all on Harrison's position?
Shame for boxing if this doesn't happen and a Massive blow to Cook who'll lose his chance at a world title shot!
Bad news!
Harrison didn't get bailed and the fight is off,Cook is still on the show against an as yet announced opponent.
This has turned into yet another ridiculous Harrison-saga.
His manager was on the news weeks ago saying his release was imminent, turns out hes still languishing in the Spanish clink.
Mush as it pains me to say it, he should be stripped of his belt and should take some time out to get his life back on track and sort his head out, before he causes himself, the WBO and his fans any further embarassment. He should take time to consider who his friends are, and whether he wants to be a World Champion boxer, or a Glasgow ned (his behaviour of late has been far more fitting to the latter than the former).
This something like the 3rd fight of his in a row that hasnt went ahead now, Cook, Guzman and someone else whose name currently escapes me.
I think it could be all over for him.
I heard a while back that if he's charged he'll be looking at 3-6 years.
Maybe my old man could go see him ;D
Even with compensating for being on foreign soil he would be out by now if he weren't right up shit creak.
His manager Barry "Hands on" Hughes has gone a bit quiet hasnt he?
Tell you what,if it was Guarda Civil he assualted then he's double f*cked ;D
Me and the missus got marched out a restaurant in the Canaries once at gun point in front of the manager and bar staff (Luckily we were the last people in their) our crime?
Barklay card f*cked up our £ transfer :o,Wank*rs had our passports the lot and didn't speak a word on english.
Lovely way to end a Chateaux briande. ;D
Harrisons manager was to be interviewed on Radio Scotland this morning - missed the blighter as I was coming into work early. Dont suppose any of y'all caught the interview and heard the latest?
Boxrec are stating this fight is going ahead 8)
It wont happen. He needs help. Apart from the unbeliveably shit preparation what's there to stop him getting in trouble again between now and the fight? It was only days before the St Clair fight when he kicked off in Ireland ballsing that up
And say it does happen and Cook batters the shit out of him...there'll be crys of Harrison was never in a fit state to be in the ring in the first place.
On the other hand he'd have been well off the booze for 6 weeks while banged up so it could (mentally) have turned him completeley the other way.
I really hope this happens as i anticipate an absolute cracker of a fight.
Well I hope you're right
After six weeks off the booze, better hope they can keep Harrison from having a swift half or two... he seems like one of those boozers that once he starts it's good night vienna.
Mate i doubt it, if your an alcoholic your an alcoholic for life, the guy is obviously not stable, when all these incidents come to court, if found guilty and if by chance he avoids a prison sentence, surely the boxing board will take his boxing licence off him anyway??Quote:

Hope im wrong because i want Cookie to beat him ;D
I have spies everywhere who tell me when I'm being badmouthed ;DQuote:
