Any Sertain Way To Hit The Double End Bag???
Please I Wanna See A Good Video Of It I Searched You Tube But didnt find any videos so please help out and let me know i found one but its rocky and only has a small clip of the actual double ;D

at about 20 seconds is that correctly hit ???
well i dont know really if there is a exact way to hit it the main object of the floor to ceiling ball is that you hit it with mainly strait shots and hooks and concetrate on putting together combinations on the moving taget and also you have to be alert at where its bounging back to cos those things are lethal...Quote:

It's not just a case of throwing rapid one inch punches at it and then a cross... move around it, in and out of range, when you cna throw a one two at it try it whilst moving around and in and out, then try 4 straights... then try adding a hook in then try hitting it with lots of straights, hooks and more straights... ;)

I recommend keeping true to good form , keep your hands up tight and remember defense, don't be as showy as Jones. keep your left hand up, I don't like Roy's form here. the thing is if you practice with the left low, when you in the ring your left will be low. always stay true to proper form on any drill you do. when you get rocked you will revert to what you know, what you have trained to do.
When you've mastered the basics... then you can do all of that posing... though in my book it's still not recommendable... ;)
We had a lad in our gym... he did all of the posturing like Roy Jones etc but his fundamentals just weren't there... waste of talent really... he never listened.

Thats a good way to use it , Lords video clip you can get 6 using it at once great fun. you can play trip up with the guy next to you pushing each other out of the way, its a right nobble great for awareness Lords cc

i never been on one before till last saturday and boy are they trouble some.. but they make good sense when your jus getting used...
like when fighting if you miss the right hand you come with the left hook
and on the floor to deiling balls you miss the right throw a left hook and it lands pretty smart keeps you moving, helps when you move about and slip it when it comes back

i don't know if it was just the cam but u seem to lead allot with ya right hand n from that angle it seemed like u were flat footed on the ball & bag (standing straight on) I was taught to keep my shoulder pointed at my target and lead mainly with my left also it looked like when ya through a hook ya drop ya right hand n when ya throw a right ya drop ya left hand if I was wrong on any of this sorry hard the tell from the camera
