Don't know all that much about cars, but the more car knowledgeable amongst you might be able to have some fun with this...
George Foreman would be a Monstor (for his weight :P) truck: Won't get far unless he takes his foot off the gas... even on a full tank.. but there aren't many cars which can stand in front of him. Not the Nicest looking or most subtle car either...
With proper Maintenance it will run for years. ;D
Roy Jones Jr., would be a Ferrari, amazingly fast and incredible control, but looks and performs like shit after a crash
Audley Harrison would be a Fiat Cinciquento ;D
Barrera would be a Mark 3 VW Golf (Gti Exempt)
Small, Compact but not to be messed with.
Moves through the gears pretty nicely and rearly brakes down.
Pretty efficient too.
Looks good in Metalic Baby Blue :-* ;D
Gatti would be a Mack Truck
not to fast but when it hits you, it packs a wallup!!
Can take a lot of damage before fading
Huge gas tank
If you put a Peterbilt(Ward) and a Mack(Gatti) in a demotion derby, it would be a war.
I don't know if macks cut and swell as much, though ;)

CC Bilbo, some quality ideas there, so as the dreadful flake I am....I feel it is my duty and honour to jump on the bandwagon, and put forward my own suggestions.
First up would be Wladimir Klitschko...the Porshce Boxter....nonetheless a great car, but laways compared to its elder brother...the 911, or in this case Vitali.
Second up Joe Calzaghe...the souped up Mazda MX5. Great handling, lightning-quick, good-looking but maybe just a little lacking in power, and a little fragile. If only there was a GTi.
Ricky Hatton - The drag car from American Graffiti. Plenty of grunt, quick off the mark and bundles of power. Not much protection for the driver though, and always a bit risky under braking.
And finally Audley Harrison....a busful of criminals....nothing but trouble and a headache, and I can't wait to see the back of it. Which is there....
