Is Floyd Mayweather jr. the best???
Is FMJ the best p4p or do you think his opponents are not in his league? I personally like how he fights/trains, he's one of if not my favorite fighter. What do you think guys???

Floyds a brilliant Fighter.
He bags of abillity.
And he has a load of Green Belts plated with Gold.
Because of this, its very easy to label "FMJ" as an underacheiver, as for so long he seems to have elududed the fights that would propell him to world wide superstardom and eternal greatness.
Floyd (or at least his career) is moving along on schedule but his status is seemingly ever more fabricated.

I believe PBF to be PF4 the best fighter in the world today....though I would have preferred to see his quality of opposition to have been a notch or 2 higher than it has been over the last couple of years...

floyd mayweather is my opinion is not one of the best but he damn sure will be by the end of his career. he has alot more fights in him. once he has finished with the welterweight division. he should fight margarito and hatton then move up to junior middleweight,middleweight,super middleweight and fight guys like jermain taylor, joe calzaghe, winky wright, oscar de la hoya.

Thats a bit over ambitious, I cannot envisage PBF ever getting as far as middleweight even!

he will go up to middleweight. he might move up to super middleweight. not light heavy though theres no way.

He will then take a year out, curing cancer and bringing peace to Iraq - before returning to the ring and kayoing the ghost of Joe Louis.

I dont know X...I think Rocky Marciano would be the easier fight for Mayweather, Realy slow..Leaky defense ;)

Floyd is P4P the best in the world BAR NONE.....When he decides to call it quits he will end up being top 5 alltime he is only 28yrs old a defensive wizard with hardly any miles on him...

Well thats why I prefaced the statement.."when he decides to call it quits" God I hope he dosent have a Lamotta I would hate to see him beat up on some poor bastard 5 out of 6 times... ;D he is 28 and has the Boxing world at his feet...
He is also blessed with every attribute you can hope to have as a Boxer...His STELLAR defense will be the key to his longevity though....

...I want him to go through some adversity in his career that's IN the ring and not outside it.
He can lose to Baldomir and end up blaming it on the fact Roger wasn't in his corner and if that happens I see Floyd Sr coming back (if need be) and them having an immediate rematch

I think he is a the best right now, and maybe all time p4p its hard to say... He is far better than those mentioned by Lyle Pep, Armstrong, Robinson, and Leonard woudl have all been killed p4p by Floyd.
