WOW!!
That right hand is pure power.

Re: **Wait no more here it is......... Markus Beyer vs. Mikkel Kessler (video)**
It is an excellent KO....but im not convinced Kessler is ready to beat Calzaghe.

Trust me when I tell you hes more then ready for Calzaghe. Trust me hes physically stronger then him and is smart in the ring Joe slack of and plays around at times carelessly.
If you havent seen a lot of Kessler check out YouTube they have about 5 good videos on him.

Very similar to what they said before the Lacy fight ;)

Re: **Wait no more here it is......... Markus Beyer vs. Mikkel Kessler (video)**
Here's the thing...Kessler is ready for Calzaghe...but only if he concentrates when he get's in the ring...& I know that sounds stupid...but he's gonna have to be totally focused because otherwise Calzaghe will capitalize on the fact that Kess drops his guard when he backs out.
Now...that being said...Kessler definently has the power to stop Calzaghe...but Joe's volume is triple of Beyer's...there will be a big difference in the opposition.
Trust me...I love Kessler...but I would rather Joe move up to 175 than Kess risk the loss.
Now...again...that being said...if Joe comes in unfocused, like I believe he was against Bika, he's fwocked...with a capital FWOCKED!
Very proud of my bwoy Kess.
Hope that this silences some of the critics...but it won't.

And thats where you wrong cause I said Lacy was still green, Though I still sided with Lacy being that hes American and I did not know much about Joe at that time since he wasnt making noise anywhere else but at M.E.N.
So NO thats NOT what I said prior to the Lacy-Joe fight.
Go to my account and check my posts. ;)

No offense but Kessler is still just about as Green as Lacy, he just has a different style so its not as evident ;)

I would have to agree with that, CC Starr...
Kessler may very well have the goods, but he still needs to prove it. We all knew Beyer was a relatively weak title holder. Few were doubting that Kessler would beat him...

OOH!!! MY GOD....
Are you serious?
I cant belive you really said. :o
You're saying Kessler & Lacy during the Joe fight are about the same.... WOW!!
You just never seem to stop amazing me....
Kessler is far more skilled then Lacy, Lacy was pure power Kessler if you check out the updated post at top (entire fight up now) he can move well in that ring. Like usually you'll watch the video and point something out like.....
'he leads with his right and leans forward Joe will counter that'
Which always make me laugh when you do that as if you have the answer to beat EVERYONE. :D
Anywho! thanks for the laugh on the comparison of Kessler, Lacy that was funny. ;D

I agree, Kessler is big, yes, he is strong, but he is still relatively untested. He has beaten solid decent fighters and to beat Beyer as he did was commendable.
But are we really comparing Calzaghe with Beyer? Calzaghe would beat Beyer with plenty to spare too...Kessler now has his chance to step it up, and this will be a step up and it will be his golden opportunity.
Its a fight that I dearly want to see happen. Calzaghe has the edge IMO, he has the experience, the skills, the speed and I doubt very much he will fight Kessler as he did Bika. If he did then, yes, there is the chance he would lose. But a focussed Calzaghe who knows he has it all on the line. A different fight completely...
A Kessler fight would be much closer than the Lcy fight, but Calzaghe is still on his own at SMM. Kessler will shine, but he will need to wait until Calzaghe gets out of there first...

Kessler and Lacy have beaten a similar level of competition, except Kessler has more filler in there than Lacy....Kessler has had more time to develop better looking skills....the step up is against Calzaghe. Lacy has been there and failed. Kessler may be next. In this respect they are as green as each other.
Kessler looked good last weekend against a solid pro...nothing more...Kessler has better skills than Lacy, but he needs to show he can use them effectively on the highest level...
Fighting Calzaghe is where the line is drawn....

You are so predictable.
First you try to advance what I said beyond what I actually said and then make a point about it as if you knew what I was talking about when you're only answering your own question instead of debating mine ::**
I said that Kessler is as Green as Lacy was and that he just has a different style and its not as apparent.   But you try to make it seem like I said that him and Lacy have the exact same style and acted like you made a counter point to a point that I never attempted to make ::**  predictable ::**
Why don't you mention how his entire left side is open for a right?
What even funnier is how u make up that I said that Lacy and kessler had the same style and tried to make me look like an idiot when in reality you were just making up a statement too far then what I actually said and answered it while trying to make yourself look good at debating.  But you're predictable.  And you make it too easy to beat you anymore.

Bet typing all of that nonsense got you confused...
You said 'no offense but Kessler is still just about as Green as Lacy, he just has a different style so its not as evident.
you are saying it right there...... 'about as green as Lacy'
I say no Kessler is more the just power Kessler can box, something that Lacy can't do, Kessler can move well in the ring something Lacy can't, Kessler is smarter then Lacy.
So you see all I'm saying is Kessler is more advanced the Lacy, hes a level above Lacy wether hes at Joes level we might find out soon.
About the whole video and breakdown you see you did do it...
You said 'Why don't you talk about how his left side is open for a right.....
Thats funny to me, I can watch a fighters video and tell you the same it means nothing things like that are adjusted as a fighter progresses. Last night Joe was catching straight rights from Bika does that mean hes gonna be open for them come his next fight?
Come on 'Maybeline'. :)

OK.....wait I got question..........
At first I thought it was just the Zab Judah fans who made these whole 'The Zab that fought so and so would beat Bladomir....'
Now I'm hearing this again, and again....
Now lets not confuse this with someone being in their prime. Those are 2 different things.
Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with this whole....
The Joe that fought Lacy or the Zab that fought Spinks....
I just dont get it, all of my fighters are just one it seems that theres a lot of fighters here who are triplets or something...
Erik is Erik, every fight you didnt hear me say the Erik that beat In Ji Chi would have beaten PAC in their second meeting.
Or the ODLH that beat Vargas would have beaten Mosley any day....
Somebody PLEASE explain this thing to me,
The Joe that beat Lacy would beat Kessler..... ???

No, It is very clearly the same fighter. Calzaghe against Lacy, Calzaghe against Bika...same fighter, but with very different approach and mindset during and prior to the fight IMO...
No excuses need to be made for Calzaghe, he has won all of his fights, but he has been known to fight down to the opponents level and brawl needlessly when he doesnt really need to do so...
Its unlikely he would do this against Kessler. As Calzaghe said before the Lacy fight. He can box or brawl, he is able to give us a different performance depending upon the opponent...
As simple as really...it aint rocket science...
-
Re: **Wait no more here it is..... Markus Beyer vs. Mikkel Kessler (full fight)*
During all this "who's got the bigger winky" BS that you bitches are pulling...in Wacko's humble erpinion...the main difference that you peeps might be missing between Kessler & Lacy...as far as a possible weakness for Joe to capitalize on is their defences.
It aint like Joe has the greatest...quite often...like this weekend...Joe rarely uses it...but he does make up for it in speed & a little slickness.
As far as Kess & Lacy...quite simply...they both have shitty defences.
Lacy hardly ever uses one. Seriously...watch his fights...he concentrates on his power & he bulls his way in.
Kessler has one...but he's got a bad habit of cracking with the right, backing out & dropping his hands, & there's an opening.
It's obvious that I'm most impressed with Calzaghe & Kessler second...but writing Lacy off after one loss...that don't seem right to me either.
Back to my point...errrrrrrrrrrr...read it...it's above. ;D

Just because he has a different style doesn't make him more advanced ;) Yes you named all the things Kessler can do, doesn't make him any less green. Just means that he has a different style.

OK I get that but thats pretty stupid.....
In that case for all of ODLH loses if the ODLH that fought Vargas would have fought all his fights he would have beaten everyone...
If the Duran that fought SRL I would have fought Kirkland Laing he would have destroyed him in 1 rd.
Fact of the matter is thats just a security blanket that people who couldn't accept a lost of their fav. fighter came up with......
Accept a loss or a bad performance for what it is, no excuses now like I said theres a huge difference when speaking of yrs./prime and all that other stuff but something thats happend in the same year thats just funny. A loss is a loss a bad performace is that a bad performance.
It's like saying the MAB that beat Rocky in their second match would box circles around PAC. :P
Thats nonsense regardless of what MAB was going through he lost and thats that.

Back to my point...errrrrrrrrrrr...read it...it's above. ;D
As usual the homo right in time and ready to start talking about penises at the start of his post. :-*
Actually we werent disscusing 'winkys' we were mearly talking about how we all have love for WackOff3205, I personally have about 7-5/16" inches of love for you. :lickish:
I'm ready when you are. ;)
Anywho!!
It just funny how 'Girl On The Toilet' here uses words and phrases things to stand right on the oine of things...
Kessler is as green as Lacy it's just not as evident. NOT AS EVIDENT what the fwock!!! Well it's not evident and take a wild guess why?
Cause hes a level above Lacy,
Starr
If hes as green as Lacy but in your own words it's not as eveident, How is that you come up with that conclusion?
Mkes no sense hes not as evident, but some how you see this.
(Which doesnt surprise me cause evidently your the Dundee of the forum here) ::**

The 2 sides of Joe Calzaghe, I suppose! ;D
OK I get that but thats pretty stupid.....

You say its a security blanket to cover for a fighters loss, but I made the point very clearly that Calzaghe has never lost so there is no real need for any excuses...
If Calzaghe loses for a sloppy performance I will be the first to criticise, especially against a contender who isnt even highly ranked....but he hasnt...he has done what has needed to be done at all times in his career thus far.
Do you really think he would be as sloppy against Kessler? I dont, and if he loses its because Kessler beat him fair and square. If Calzaghe DOESNT raise his game and loses fair enough. If Calzaghe DOES raise his game and loses. Again, fair enough. But I doubt either eventuality is going to map out...

I see that I did put that in the 1st paragraph about accepting a loss but in the 2nd paragraph I put a loss or performance.
Fair enough..... I can accept that, I was one of the few here to praise Joe for hsi performace after he beat Lacy.
It was a great showing of skills & superiority.

I tend to agree on comments like this made about Kessler.....
I think he has a 1 dimensional style...He shows no pizazz and really wont do well with fighters that actually hit harder and move alot more...
I would like to see Kessler fight a few known named fighters instead of some of the Euro-Trash he has fought....Like Beyer....He looked like an amateur and really wasnt into the fight.....
There are alot of top ranked fighters that Kessler hasnt fought....Fight some of them and win and I just might think of him as an actual contender....When JC says he doesnt want Kessler, its because it wouldnt be as big a money fight as someone like B-Hop....Even JC knows where and who he needs to fight.....
I was actually bored with the fights on this weekend...even the Green fight had me kind of bored...
Man I cant wait till Nov 11!!!
