There's a few up and coming guys like chageav from europe and asia but they really haven't fought anybody. Hopefully they're as good as their padded records.
It's a reflection of the fact that the best Yank athletes are now going onto basketball and American Football etc.
I think wlad is the equivalent to a club for a car. He makes sure the division isn't stolen by some chump until an actual champion shows up.
