why doesn't Klitschko want a bout with Briggs or Peter?
I'd rather see Klitschko - Petet II, but maybe unifying the division is best of the overall health of boxing. I don't about Klitschko doing it with that suspect chin of his. He's always gonna have that hoovering over him even if he does unify.
I hate to say it but out of all the HW belt-holders Valuev is probably the hardest fight for Klitschko. I mean, who else is there? Certianly not Maskaev. Briggs has a punchers chance but I personally think Peter is a better fighter than Briggs and though dropped, Klitschko did end up winning that fight. I really think this speaks volumes about how bad the HW division is these days. I'm no Klitschko fan but I sincerely hope he unifies if for no other reason than to take the belts away from these other "champs".
#1 he already beat the shit out of Sam Peter....the only thing a rematch would solve is how fast can Wlad KO Sam PeterQuote:

Don King doesn't want his boys in with Wladimir and THAT is the bottom line
CC for Lyle. Nailed it.Quote:

Who could Rocky have fought that would gain your respect?Quote:

But I guess you are right to an extent......Valuev's opponents are hardly "live" so I reckon it would be the equivilant of him fighting Archie Moore or Joe Louis since they are both sadly no longer with us
Wlad turns Nick into a bloody mess. (As in Nick is bleeding all over the place, fight is called). 2 belts around his waist 2 to go.
....Wlad wouldn't have time to bloody him up if Monte Barrett could stagger him then ONE right hand would do that goofy fucker in
Yes, Wlad could KO Nick into the next time zone but I would see it more of a steady azz whooping with the punches adding up until the canvass looked like some war zone hospital. Just my thoughts....Quote:

I did notice this in the Barrett fight...in the opening round when Barrett when all out he hurt Valuev...Valuev got into his shell and started to back up...Barrett did not compose himself enough to take accurate shots and capitalize....Wlad would not make that mistake...and he hit's much harder than Barrett...he would put the giant to sleep
I gotta disagree with you on the Peter fight. He didn't really hurt Peter until the last round, and that was mostly because Peter was exhausted by then. SP was handling Wlad's power a whole hell of lot better than Wlad was handling Peter's - especially since Peter was eating jabs and straight rights all night. I don't think Wlad KO's Peter in a rematch...I think we see a repeat of the first fight, with Wlad winning through superior skill.Quote:

I think Wlad beats Briggs, too....but Briggs has enough power to make it interesting, at least for a round or two.
