Floyd Mayweather,he's the best because he shows a dedication to the sport like no other
Paul Williams-12 miles jogging nearly everyday to keep that 6ft 1 inch frame at ww?! That;s dedication and also, throws tremendous amount of leather without tiring!!
Antonio Margarito- Emmanuel Steward said he has really really impressed with his stamina when he took some fighters to spar with him because Tony did 12 rounds twice of non stop punching or something, stays in shape all year even when not preparing for a fight and rarely goes above 165 I think it was. Throws HUGE amounts of leather.
Calzaghe- His performance against Lacy says it all about his fitness.
Bhop has always been as fit as he could be.. His conditioning is superb for his age. Mayweather would have to take it imo though.. For anyone who hasn't seen his training vids on youtube check it out.. Especially his jump rope routine.. It's freaking nuts.
Crap how could I forget B Hop?!?! What did he say,he hasnt eaten a doughnut or a burger or something in like 15 years....
Yeah,PBF's dedication to his training is awesome to behold!
mayweather and hatton both have tremendous conditioning.
mayweather is incredibly fit. he's so fit he makes it all look too easy. but i think the pace you set in the ring is down to your mentality and adrenaline as well, and being fit sometimes isn't enough.
this is the gayest topic ever.....Quote:

speaking of fitness anyone seen TUA's last bout? :-[
Fitness is a big big plus, but having endurance youll find ability helps and knowing what your doing .I once saw David Hemmery spar 400 metres gold medal winner Mexico Olympics. One of the fittest men in the world, his training regime and event compareable to the fittness of boxing after 2 rds he was fucked
ika had good stamina one of best hw stamina ive seen anyway
yeah bhop is fit for his age. ive seen the mayweather jump rope routine and its pretty good and here it is.Quote:

Hatton has mad conditioning .. his workouts are take the piss exhausting to watch! lol
hes extremely fit!
b-hop was and prob stil is always in great shape..
oscar had great conditioning, alot of foot movement on top of nice punches and combinations..
i never saw roy jones tired until he faught tarver the first time.. to do with weight loss that time.. but still..
dont think i ever saw tito trinidad tired out..?
Peace

I think at this point, Hatton, Floyd, and JoeCal have the best condition in boxing.
I really like the back ground music ! TI-I'm Serious.. hell of a song. i dig it ! 8)Quote:

When in Rome....
Kassim Ouma...his punch stats are amazing
1st- MAyweather
2nd-Hatton, COrrales, Castillo are all in amazing shape
3rd-Calzaghe
Hatton seems to be a non stop punching and roughing up machine
Mayweather is perfectly conditioned..
Hopkins , heard so many legends of his fitness and also seen it in action
As far as 12 rounds of solid work are concerned, I'd have to say Calzaghe, Hatton, Mayweather, Mosley, Barrera, Pacman Juan Diaz, Ouma is a good mention, also Edison Miranda has great 12 rounds pace vs Abraham. I think Hatton probably has the best conditioning out of all of them though.
I think Hatton sets a good example in the ring...
Not such a good one outside of it :-X
B-Hop and Mayweather live the lives of Monks outside the ring and are always in tip top condition.
Mayweather's has some starnge ways though, or so ive heard...
Im not so sure about Ouma though, its just as hard to sustain upperbody and head movement as it is to move your pitta patta hands.
I was going to say B-Hop too. No one can match this guy in the logevity dept 40 years young and still kicking. Fighters in their early thirties are already calling it quits. Hands down B-Hop is the man.
Mayweathers rope routine is very impressive !!
Ray Robinson was an artist at that as well (especially as he was a tap dancer when he was a boy)
Compliments to Mayweather for being mentioned in the same post as the Great Sugarman
henry armstrong. amazing stamina because of a slow heartbeat
yep some of the ones i mentioned earlier like aaron pryor he had great stamina he was like living windmill non stop 8)Quote:

At the time of superstars Ricky had been out of training for sometime, so to judge his fitness on that is simply crazy. Judge him whilst in training or after his 15rds on the bodybag ;) Hatton is certainly one of, if not the fittest in the game come fight night 8)Quote:

Evander Holyfield at Heavy

I will agree that Homicide Hank was the fittest fighter - but not because he had a slow heartbeat.Quote:
