Who did Riddick Bowe punch bare fisted at a press conference when he was champ?
Hey I seen this short video clip of Bowe nailin another pro fighter, bare knuckle with a left hook then right hand right in the face a la Barrera did to Morales. It was crazy. The guy was stunned, but didn't go down or nothin. I don't know who the hell it was though, but I think it might have been Bert Cooper. Was it? Anyone know, theres a cool click in it for ya.

Well that figures! ;D So the press conference was more exciting than the fight I take it? Bowe was pissed, dunno what Donald did, but he pissed Bowe off and Riddick let him have it. Tuff SOB not go down from that shat, cus though the left grazed him, the right hand hit him flush on the temple.

i think donald said that its impossible for bowe to win and bowe got annoyed and said im going stick my foot in ur ass and it all kicked off from there really if i remember right

It was a head play by Bowe and a smart one...Bowe got Donald scared and Larry fought that way never going after Bowe...Larry did hurt Bowe in the last round I believe... Larry Donald always regretted blowing his chance against Bowe by fighting scared...In his prime Larry Donald had the skills but never the mental toughness to be a champ...

In no particular order here are a few examples
The foul pole fight....Was it Bowes fault he was being hit low? No but only Bowe can be involved in such incidents to such a degree
Fan man...Again it was not his fault but this shit follows him...
Elija Tillery incident when Tillery kicked Bowe
Instead of just defending our WBC title we throw a tantrum and throw it in the garbage....
He gets kicked out of Marines...
He is just a bad luck kind of guy

Rock Newman was an idiot as was his fighter . Bowe used to do so much talking about Lennox but when it came down to it he offered him 10% of the purse then chose to vacate .

Yep Riddick Bowe was awsome in some regards...Others he just brought an Aura of unpredictabilty that kinda peaked you curiosity......
He had the Shittiest Support system a fighter could have with the team he surrounded himself with..Kinda like Tysons camp just not as extreme....
Bowe was another guy that could have been a top 10 heavy of all time but he lacked focus, discipline and mental tougness to thrive and compete at the highest level not to mention Bowe loved the dinner table more than training.... :-\
