Chico vs Pac @ lightweight...

What you folks think? Can Pac continue or Chico will just eat him alive?

If by chico you mean diego... Pac would eat him alive.

chicos always had problem with shorter and faster like floyd and that can drop him like casamayor...plus he standstill easy for pac to hit and doesn't use his height or reach...pac by k.o

Well I mean thats what PAC usually comes in at come fight night.... so with that being said, PAC beats Chico ALL night long and by ALL night long I mean however long it lasts... :)

Ive been also thinking that, but I also think that Pac may use his speed and give Chico an inside fight that he may use his powerful and quick flurries. But the question is can Pac stand Chico's punch?

Who really knows at this point??? I would pick Castillo a few years back to beat any version of Pac that we've seen simply because he is much bigger, taller, and hits unbelievably harder then anyone Pac has ever faced.. Im not sure Manny could handle his power whatsoever... Manny could win if the fight happened today I think, but he'd still have to be smart and go in and out with lateral movement.. If he landed something on Chico then barged in trying to follow up like he has done I could see Diego landing something fierce. Would really surprise me if Manny could take his best punches, or if Chico couldn't take his.. It would need to be an accumlated beating from Manny, but to do that he would have to pace himself and fight smart as Chico would always have the ability to end it with one punch imo.

This fight will never happen, because Corrales needs to move up to 140, and I can't see Manny ever venturing past 135.
If they fought at 130 (where Corrales started), I'd take Manny. Corrales could win easily if he were ultra-disciplined and used his height and reach. But this is why Corrales loses, he never stays disciplined. He'd get into a brawl with Manny, and at that point I have to pick against a guy who has a suspect chin (Corrales).

At 135 I'd take Corrales. He'd benefit from the extra weight and Manny wouldn't.

Corrales took Freitas punches and most of Castillo's punches. Both much bigger punchers than Pac. I think he'll take Pac's punches without much problems. People seem to ignore that there is a good amount of size diffrence between them. Corrales would be way to strong for Manny

It's amazing how people become so enamored with a fighter that they simply look past his flaws and fool themselves into thinking that the fighter cannot be beaten. Pac for all of his physical ability is FAR from being a complete boxer and his defense is non-existent. If he gets hit flush by someone bigger and stronger than him like Chico...he will be hurt. You can root for your favorite fighter and support him...but people need to base their logic in reality.

Either your over-estimating Pac's chin or your under-estimating Corrales power. Corrales chin ain't great. Nobody said it was. But in order to get to it you have to take shots. Castillo and Casamayor both know that. Mayweather didn't have to. But I think we both agree Pac and Mayweather fighting styles are very diffrent. I don't see Pac knocking Corrales out as being impossible. It can happen. But Pac has to take shots for it to happen. And if Morales (first fight) and Larios can hurt him. And Serik Yeshmagambetov (I got the Filipino version of the fight so I know what I'm talking about) can drop him. Than Corrales can knock him out. Corrales hits a lot (I mean a lot) harder than Morales, Larios and Serik.

To tell you the truth Corrales is pretty quick, and I think that Castillo is a better inside fighter than Pacquaio... Pacquiao IMO is a great fighter, but he isn't strong enough to beat a guy like Corrales who also is a special fighter in terms of speed and power... He essentially is the naturally larger version of Pacquaio only he fought a prime Mayweather, and a still on top of his game Castillo instead of two aging mexican greats.

Pacquaio is not quick enough to fight Corrales on the outside, and there is no way he could win on the inside against Corrales... its the worst match up next to fighting Mayweather for the Philipino.

PAC's @144 last time out and looks speedy and powerful.

A 141 lbs Demascus Corley was able to HURT a 160lbs and recently victorious MIGUEL COTTO. PAC is not as small as many people think.

HE will KO COrrales @135 <==== Bet on it!
