Interesting coincidence that arguably the two greatest lightweights of all-time will go into the hall in the same year. Unfortunately I'm a little too young to have seen Duran, all I've really seen of him are the clips of him getting knocked out cold by Hearns. Hope to check out some of his earlier fights someday.
As for Pernell, best pure boxer of the last 25-30 years in my opinion, but I'm sure plenty of people would disagree with me on that.

He more than deserves to be a Hall of Famer! He's done a lot and he has accomplished a lot. And his famous line "no mas" is one for the ages!
