You could see this clown's downfall coming a mile away. Not only did his chin look poor. But the way he left himself open was something that was going to cost him if he didn't fix it. He didn't. And it did. He made a lot of people happy by getting knocked the fuck out. Little by little all these overrated white boys are being exposed. This boy gets knocked out, while John Duddy needs a gift win over an 95 year old Yory Boy Campas to stay undefeated. And while I think he's better than those two, I'm starting to wonder why Kelly Pavlik's level of competition has gone down and not up.

But we should enjoy it while it lasts, I think we all know that when and if they have a rematch that Litzau is going to win unless Hernandez catches him again, lets not forget that any round without the knockdown Hernandez lost(he was winning the 8th though) It doesn't matter though. But I am almost certain if there's a rematch Litzau will win by unanimous decision.

First of all, it'll knock some of that cocky arrogance out of his head. Most people dont like that she-it! For me, I was happy he got KO'd just cause of that.

Also, what was he thinking?! He was up 4 rounds on all of the score cards but like Maj said he didnt listen to his corner. I think it's good he went out to put on an entertaining show, but after that first KD he shouldve gotten the message.

I think he'd beat Hernadez 9 out of 10 fights. This just happened to be the 1 of 10 he didn't. Though I enjoyed seeing him get KO'd, I'd think he'll come back better and smarter and would like to see him do so.

I agree for the most part... I think Litzau fought a great fight, he just got caught, it happens to lots of good fighters. Jason needs to keep his hands up better, and work on his timing , that about it,. , Hernandez was turning up the volume towards the end of the fight . After taking Jason best shots Hernandez said fuck it, lets try this mofo's chin out, and see if he can take as good as he give.

Litzau has the kind of build that is prone to getting knocked out, that long neck screams knockout ! It's going to happen to him from time time regardless of his fighting style, Example.. look a Derrick Gainer. Same type build, yet he is a running snuff queen, always on his heals , however you still catch Gainer and knock him the fuck out all the same.. I would rather go out on my shield like Litzau did. then get canvassed running my ass off. JMO O0

He just makes stupid mistakes. He rolls his shoulders but he doesn't move like someone who does. It's almost like he's forcing it. Look at the first knockdown, he's trying to be slick but he leaves the opening for the left uppercut and gets clocked. Then once he gets hit he drops his front shoulder and leans backwards leaving his chin completely unprotected and gets knocked down. Either that style is what comes natural to him and he just isn't very polished, or he is forcing that and making mistakes. I tend to think the latter.

You can either be really good with the shoulder roll like Mayweather and Toney, or you can be pretty bad like Mr. Jason Litzau.

Back to the drawing board for Jason , but no major set back IMO. just tighten up on some things and back into the pool ! no biggie ;)

He's young. Any young fighter can come back so no way is this any sort of a downfall or the last we'll hear from him. Hell, Bernard Hopkins lost his first fight and his first go at a major title. As much as I don't like him, calling himself the "white Sugar Ray", he's pretty good. He'll stick around.

And I am seeing a little hypocracy among us all here, he went out fighting. No better way to go out and no better confidence builder.

CC back man. Believe me I hate Malinaggi even worse, but Litzau is a punk ass bitch and cut from the same cloth as Malinaggi. I disagree with some who are sayin Litzau for sure is the better fighter and wins a rematch. Maybe he wins a rematch, IF he wants one, and maybe not. Hernandez was national golden gloves champ, which means he's a pretty damn good fighter to begin with. And he walked right through everything Litzau threw, set him up, and KO'd his ass. It's not like he just got some freak lucky shot in, he dropped Litzau in the first, lost the middle rounds sure, but then feinted Litzau into throwing his left hook, so Hernandez could counter him with that great overhand right. Hernandez was the tougher fighter and the smarter fighter. There's a damn good chance he would KO Litzau the second time, faster.
