Got a crystal clear and highly illegal promo copy
The fight scene is a joke
Trust me
Oh yeah....and the way the fight ends is ridiculous.

Rocky Balboa was a decent flick. It was a nice way to finish it off.
Thought it was a great film, people expect too much because its a Rocky sequel but if you watch it a couple of times you would appreciate it alot better
Agreed. :coolclick:Quote:

Im glad it stayed away from the overblown theatrics of Rocky IV (even though I like that flick too!)...
Again, a decent film and very watchable...no quibbles from me!
Sat through it once drunk & twice sober...liked it drunk...hated it sober. ;DQuote:

Was a bit gutted tho had heard clubber was back, but no sign of him.
i like rocky 3 better because he loses because he hasnt got his head screwed on and young hungry challenger whoops him then he has to change his style to a boxer i like story of thatQuote:

Watched it again and to be fair, the first two rounds are vintage Rocky but then the camera angles go all 'Contender' and you don't really see the action clearly >:mad
I'd bet LOTS of money that Stallone asked for it to resemble the contender.
::**
Yeah, the first 2 rounds were fantastic. I agree with Sal in that I would have liked the montage to come later or to just have more like the first 2 rounds. The black and white scenes with the red blood adding contrast did look a bit too cheesy for my liking....Quote:

Mate....the angles are like they are in all Rocky flicks. They always go into the montage.
I rather liked it.

Damn skippin'. Twas a great movie but totally fake. Nobody could have one against Drago had that been real; a punch like the one he was supposed to have would probably tear your head clean off (literally)
watched it really stoned loved it
was i battered or did i see clubber (t) as a bum sitting in a doorway right at the start when rocky was buying food from the market
there should have been more fighting though a hour goes by before he starts training way too long
They should of had Tommy wanting to prove he didn't have HIV
if u expected more thanwat it was than u mustve never seen a rocky movie amean cmonguys isnt the same as the first and second one y the disapointment watch u expect
I thought it was pretty cool. Not enough Biff, but was not bad. Rockys record really surprised me. I wouldnt think they would make him up a record like that. They are saying Rocky is a JOURNEYMAN! ;)
idk know if u remember but in the first one itsaid he lost like 20 times because he jus fought whenever for a sandwhich unitl he got a shot at creedQuote:

Pay attention to the first film... he's a club fighter... fights almost every week... he's talking to adrian about it and everything... Doesn't train properly because it's just for money so he just stands in there taking a beating and trying to get one out...
then he has something to put all he has into... his 'shot' his chance to go the distance and he proves to himself that he is worth something bla bla bla... just never had the opportunities etc.
edit: exactly Ice... he didn't come up right... then he got his shot by fluke and 'manned up' stepped up and gave it his all ;D
My apologies to all! Sometimes my concentration span doesnt run too long! :alcoholic: :rasta: :stonedsmilie: :stars:

What I wondered was where did he get that draw from? Was it from the time he matched against Thunderlips (Hogan)? ???Quote:
