Straight from the heart and sincerely, I just wanted to thank you all for being a part of this wonderful thing wev'e got going here. Many of us don't know how fortunate we are to have what wev'e got here. If you don't believe me...branch out to some of the other forum's and see if you can put up with some of the bullshit that goes on here, there, and everywhere.

It is indeed 2007 and the New Years hangover is thankfully fading away!!!

I joined this site about 18 months ago because I had all of this interest in boxing but I had nowhere to outlet my opinions. We have a pretty tight group of foreigners here in Korea but nobody talks boxing. I can talk football pretty well, and people usually feed off each other and stir up debate. But when it came to boxing there was no debate. It was usually a case of "lets all be quiet and drink our beer whilst Miles has one of his boxing monologues. You dont have a clue what he's blabbering about? Nope, me neither! Dont worry, he'll be back to normal in a bit!". And that is a very annoying situation. I'd been reading debates on here for a while and thought "why on earth not?". So I got on board andnever looked back.

I intend to be doing a lot of posting this coming year, im feeling in the groove! O0

I won't lose total touch with boxing like I did a little bit recently, but this place managed to bring down my grades for a semester so I kind of gotta cut down. Wacko, my best and sincerest wishes for a wonderful 2007 to you and your family. Yes, I've been pretty much M.I.A. in the past year or so. But I really enjoy this forum, and plan to be around for as long as I can, and as long as we have some of the fine, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with posters such as yourself.

Although I don't get on much anymore... I usually try not to let too much time pass without "showing my face" for awhile. I've visited other sites, but they seem too juvenile and just plain weird. So my allegiances continue to be with saddoboxing.

I hope this forum sticks around for many years to come, as I always love to go into a place where other people love boxing as I do.

Thanks to all those other veteran (and new) posters that come in and always have insightful and funny things to say. Even the arguments and the good-natured trash-talking is great fun.

El Gamo: I was actually surprise to find out he's only been into boxing for a short time. But damn is he into it now. His fight threads are always the first thing I check when I get on. He, Ice and Lords Gym (an outstanding poster) have done a great job with it.

Well aside from the Mayorga vs Oscar travesty, its been a good year for boxing and this boxing forum. Its nice to be able to log on here any time I want and talk boxing with my fellow boxing nerds, cus Lord knows that most people do not know a damn thing about boxing. But some of you on here do. I stress the word "some". ;) Anyway, here's to another year of ass whippins, boxing lessons, and knockouts, and us arguin like school girls about them!!!! Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!
