Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
I want to know, i feel boxing can only be taken truely to heart when your motivated enough.
The person who gives me motivation when i watch him is manny pac. I feel watching him really gives me an urge to get of my lazy ass and get back the gym.
Which fighter does this for you ?

Re: Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
i know exactly wat ur talking about for me its roy jones and mike tyson and ali all 3 of em are excting to watch and always make me want to work out

Re: Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
I think Miguel Cotto, because he always looks so focused. I think he trains year round, not just when there is a fight coming up.

Re: Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
Roy because he makes it look so easy.

Re: Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
For me.. A few fighters.. Obviously tito trinidad..Love to watch him and always gets me motivated..
And ironically james toney.. He doesnt have all that much motivation to train..
But when i watch him i truely pay attention to everything he does..He is so slick.. and while im still young and sparring hard picking up new tricks i love to try out new stuff and sometimes it helps me out..
And yet sometimes when you pizz around and go round rolling your shoulder you get clocked...
The guy has serious skill and you know when you try be slick that the difference in skill to be able to pull the things off is immense!! lol...
Much the same for roy jones..He gets me motivated something crazy because he was so energetic and inventive himself... But i dont go round trying to do no roy jones stuff..Thats best best best left to roy..
lol Peace.

Re: Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
Rocky :thumb:
You may think that's a joke but everyday since I saw that movie outside of the few days I was in Kansas City I've worked out. First day because of the movie then I just got back in the habit.

Butterflies go through my stomach when Tito entered the ring.

Re: Which boxer gives you the biggest motivation ?
For me its Evander Holyfield because he is a true Warrior who takes the sport serious he always comes to fight and battle since he comes in well conditioned and top notch he brings out the best of everyone he has fought and in his prime he bought fighters to places physically and mentally that would scare most
Floyd Mayweather jr is prepared Like Evander and takes Boxing seriously and respects the sport immensely dosent waste his god given talent by being a screw up and a drug user or whatever kind of shit people get themselves into..
Both are a joy to watch and give me great inspiration Floyd may not be the Hard nosed warrior but his focus, discipline and dedication are very special.
