Enzo has better basics and his backfoot is faster, Im on the fence leaning to Enzo.
Here you go boys.Quote:

CC for that ;)
What grounds can Haye say that off. come on his opponats are no better than enzo's. Gurov-BUM!, Abdoul-BUM! , Johansen-OK! and everyone else was poor. There was no propa champs in there bar Thompson and he beat haye! I know you can look at Enzo's record and say the same thing, but his oppostion imo is slightly better than haye's. He beat Hobson and i feel Haye would have difficulty with that. Dominguez would also cause Haye a lot of problems and i think Enzo delt with that well. I Just can't see Haye winning this. HE says that he is all this but being honest he aint done a lot.Quote:

I was the same mate, but he has done nothing to impress me for a long timeQuote:

I think Hayes level of opposition is clearly better than EnzosQuote:

Johansen and Fragemoni both came to fight Haye with unbeaten records and AMBITION, which Haye duly crushed.
Even fossils like Kelly and Williams are better than anything Enzo has faced.
Just the suggestion of him being matched with Carl Thompson is his 11th fight would of been laughable let alone actually fighting him.
Enzo's monster power got him out of trouble in the Dominguez fight as it did against Scott - after being knocked all over the shop. Lets not forget he got KO'd in three by Swaby as well.
And he won a very close decision in the first Hobson fight (many had him losing). Not sure how much can be drawn from this but pretty sure Haye gave Hobson a hiding when they sparred.
I remember Dunstan doing him in 6 secs and thinking at the time Hes not much
I think Gurov is a bum come on. If your saying he wasnt why the fuck did he get ko'd but Haye. Look at his record he is a piece of shite. I knew that Haye would win that and so did everyone else. As for Enzo's ko loss he was in his younger days, thinks like that can happen. At the end of the day he is a WORLD champ now. You can't say Hobson and Dominguez arent better than Kelley and Williams. Being honest Enzo would easily handle Fragomeni, Abdoul, and Johansen safely.Quote:

If David can throw good enough shots he has a chance but i know Enzo aint gona be waiting for Haye all night. That is why Dominguez caused Enzo problems because of punch rate. Haye's power will be the problem for Enzo and i think he can handle it if he doesnt stand in front of him. Haye's defence is sloppy and this is where he will lose. Enzo can hit a lot hard than Fragomeni and faster. Fragomeni aint nothing on Enzo and thats why i think Haye will lose.
Punch rate is one problem, defence is a big one and the power of Enzo will cause a stoppage in the mid/late rounds.
Boxrec has the fight up.
Gurov got KO'd by Haye because Haye's a tremendous puncher and Gurov has a suspect chin. I wouldn't call a European champ and former world title contender a "bum" - but i guess that just depends on your definition of "bum". If Haye sparks Enzo in 1 will it make Enzo a bum? Don't think so.
I can't say for certain Enzo would beat Fragomeni, Johansen, Kelly or Williams but i'd EXPECT him too. He's already beat Abdoul on points. Remember he got hold of the WBO title because Johnny Nelson retired.
I agree you can make a very good case for Enzo winning the fight. 50/50 between two exciting punchers is why we all so badly want it to happen, isn't it ;)
i'm probably more excited about this fight than i am for the calzaghe manfredo fight. i think it will be wicked, could go either way in my opinion. enzo hits harder but i think haye is quicker and i would say he probably edges it in skill. haye uses more angles and switches. i would not like to call a winer.
Hayes movement is Athletic his technique isnt good theres a differerence, The welsh geezers technique has slowly improved to a point hes got new belief in his ability and thought pattern and hes got or getting the confidence of a winner and the character to handle it. So with that in mind he will probably get done in the 1st, I dony think so.
I am new to this forum so hi to everyone
I would just like to say that i have watched every haye fight except for 1 and have seen quite a few enzo fights, i have to say that first i think enzo and haye's opponents are on a similar level, but i think hayes last opponent Fragomeni is better than anyone enzo has faced, i also think that haye would beat hobson fairly comfortably. i think a lot of you are getting over excited about enzos last win, he caught hobson cold, how can you tell that he has improved so much if he got hobson with lucky punch so early. i also think haye showed that he has improved his stamina, you have to remember that after 8 fast paced rounds he still had ko power left in him. I honestly think that haye will win this, the only thing that concerns me about haye in this fight is if he keeps that left hand low, like he did against Fragomeni.
I'm going to favour Enzo over Haye i know that because i like him better etc. But back to Gurov, look at his title "contendeing" he got owned in both fights. I dont want to sound like a little annoying person but no joke if he was a contender you would expect him to fight better than that. But the fact if Enzo got ko'd in the first round would change my view on him, i would still support him as a fighter but i would think if he had what it takes to fight at the top level again.Quote:

This is the main event of the night as far as any real boxing fans is concernd.
Frank Warren has total under prmoted Enzo.Wales does not have too many sporting hero's but still a lot of people dont know who he is.
Still not 100% this fight will happen.
